Purchased at the Yamana Sake Brewery Festival. It was sold out last year, but I was able to buy it this year. The aroma is very nice, but not too strong. This is very promising. Take a sip and enjoy! It's a little spicy and refreshing, like a white wine. It was just as I expected. You can drink it easily without any accompaniment. This is delicious. I hope I can buy it again next year.

It was nicer and drier than the usual Okutanba.
