I have had Ryoseki Shuzo's Hanamup and Ryoseki, but this was my first time drinking this sake.
The aroma is slight, and in the mouth it is a bit dry and mild. Later on, the umami of the rice comes out and the sake is smooth and clean. It has a different taste from Hanayuup and Ryoseki. It is also delicious. We enjoyed it as a food sake.
We drank it on the second day. It has a softer, more umami taste. In my opinion, I prefer this one.
