Purchased at the Fukushima Prefecture Antenna Shop held at Hankyu Umeda Station on a three-day weekend in July I thought it was unusual that they used Amanotsubute rice. It seems to be edible rice from Fukushima Prefecture. I thought it would be a classic type, but it is quite light, fruity, and dry. It also has a hint of lactic acidity. The description says it's lightly cloudy, but it's just a light orikara. The higher the temperature, the stronger the classic taste comes out. It is made by Nikawa Shuzo and bottled by Wakaseki Shuzo, but Wakaseki Shuzo was originally established as a joint bottling company, so I wonder if it is a pattern like Okunomatsu. The guidebook of Fukushima Prefecture's sake breweries that I got at the antenna store was a good read. There are still many sake breweries I don't know 🤔.

There was a Yamaguchi Prefecture antenna store open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station, and I bought some sake from the Yachiyo Sake Brewery that I had never seen before. I've seen Laplace Yachiyo and others on SNS, but I've never had a chance to meet them if I live in the Kansai region. The KABA label probably comes from the brewer's surname, Kaba-san? It has a sour taste like pickled plums. It is quite unique. It is like a more reserved version of Mai-bijin. It has a moderate sweetness and is not as spicy as the other day's Chikuma-Nishiki, but it is easier to drink than the other day's Chikuma-Nishiki. The aftertaste, or rather the lingering aftertaste, is quite ale-like. It also smells a little like pickles. I think it's just a little bit peculiar 😁.

Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda station. The aroma is not so strong, but it is fruity and easy to drink. It has a refreshing green apple flavor. It was my first time to drink Miyazumi, but it is easy to drink and delicious. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. My wife and I drank the whole bottle together (laugh).

Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station. I had drunk Seisen from the same brewery in the past and was not fond of hiyaoroshi, but I was impressed with it. The first aroma was already gorgeous. It is sweet and a little tangy on the palate. The second half is a little spicy. It was more delicious than I had imagined. Overall, I'd say it's fruity and dry.
