It is a balance! For the crop? The acidity was thin. Is that the kind of series? Not even slightly carbonated.
It is indeed a "Made in Japan" product, so there is no doubt about its taste!
Alcohol content 15%, Sake degree +3, Acidity 1.7, Association 901 yeast. Sake degree +3, acidity 1.7, Association 901 yeast. The yeast is Association 901, but the taste is sweet. It has some spiciness and bitterness, but the sweetness or umami flavor seems to prevail. It may be because it is a sake yeast, but I was a little surprised because I had an image of Chokaizan as a dry sake. This is... well-made and tasty, but it seems like it would make you drunk. It is difficult to evaluate.
100% Hidahomare. A souvenir from Shirakawa-go. It is dry and sharp. It tastes like Hokuriku, or snow country, or something in that category. 15% Hidahomare has a slight sweetness or fruity flavor. There is no bitterness. It is well-balanced and beautiful. I don't think it has any personality. It is delicious!
This is another white wine I'm aiming for, but a mellower one. Sweet? Many people may think this one is more like a regular white wine, but if it's a white wine, Patire definitely wins in taste. Was it the wrong opponent?
Hitogochi 100%. With a low alcohol content of 13%, it has acidity, sharpness, and a delicious rice flavor.
It tastes close to Abe Shuzo's VEGA, which is my personal favorite. I love this kind of concept sake aimed at white wine!
I also like wine, so white wine with this kind of acidity and sharpness is absolutely delicious!
Maybe because it's a special dealership, I was suddenly recommended to drink it at the end, and I drank it with gusto. What a waste. Serve it earlier, before I got drunk...
Is it light and dry? If it's 16 degrees and this is it, I wonder if it's spicy. I think it's strong. I don't remember where I bought it... maybe at Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Well, it's a winner. It is delicious!
Is it tasty and spicy? Is it light, even though it is a draft sake? I think it is rather clean and has a short aftertaste. This is delicious. It is delicious with yellowtail kama!
It has a strong bitterness and umami. It goes perfectly with Saikyo-yaki. It is a hit. This is my favorite. The aftertaste is also long and wonderful👍.
This is another sake that is high in alcohol content and delicious, so it is easy to get drunk.
First time at a restaurant in Sangenjaya. 17 degrees, apparently raw sake? It has a strong umami taste with a slight bitterness? It has a strong umami taste, slight bitterness, and maybe a fruity taste. It is sure to be delicious. The appetizer platter is delicious and perfect!
A gem sent to me as a Furusato tax payment. I paid Furusato tax because I wanted to drink Snow Kayasha!
This is Yamahai. You can't find it in stores. The taste is... a little spicy and bitter. The umami comes gradually afterwards. It is less fruity than normal, but the balance is wonderful. It is a very delicious sake!
A gem purchased at Koyama Shoten. This is the first Rokumaru in a long time. It is highly carbonated, so be careful when opening it. It is dry and rather refreshing. It has a bitter taste. We aim to match it with nabe (hot pot). It is quite good.
I wasn't aware of it last time, but I wonder if Yuuzan-nishiki is valuable.
Postscript. When I drank the rest the next day, it became fruity and mellow. Nama-sake is good, isn't it?
We had it at a nearby sushi restaurant and it was mild and sweet on the palate despite its 17% alcohol content. As one would expect from a sake made from unpasteurized sake. I had an image of Choujamori as a clear, dry sake, but this is a different kind of sake. It is much tastier.
I compared it with Tsururei Junmai Ginjo, which was also available at the store, but the sweetness was different. I thought I could tell whether or not the sake had been hi-ire.
It was so delicious that I drank too much!
