I personally passed a certain certification exam, so I decided to serve myself a nice sake to celebrate. The price is a bit extravagant, but it is Yamamoto's Pure Black. It tastes like citrus acidity and juice. It has a bitter taste, or rather a habit, and tastes like more than just a trendy sake! So it is very delicious. I'm going to drink it shippily with Brikama from now on.

Limited edition, flat polished rice, unadjusted raw, light nigori active raw GRAPE label SPARK.Uonuma Seishu, rich mellow uncapped. 16 degrees. This is a gem from Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Long description of the sake.... It is slightly carbonated and is Calpis juice. It is not that carbonated. Anyway, it is sweet. It feels different from fruity sweetness. It has a strong flavor. I think there is some kind of miscellaneous taste. It may be overdone, but it's delicious anyway! Definitely a Hiragana Takachiyo!

This sake is available at JAL. It is a daiginjo, but it is not overdone and has a strong flavor. It was not just a sweet daiginjo, so it was surprisingly distinctive and delicious, and I would like to drink it again. I think it has a little bit of character in its umami. It is not spicy, but beautiful. It is light because it is only 13 degrees Celsius.

Summer is ending, so we open a souvenir sake of summer memories. It is made from rice grown in Yamagata and is 17-18% Sake with a Sake strength of +2. It is a limited edition sake that I bought after visiting a sake brewery and liking it. It is a bit dark, so it feels a bit spicy, but it is rich and fruity. It is rich, fruity, and has a strong umami flavor. It's a pity that it is not a pure sake, but it seems to be a pure sake. It is a delicious summer memory.

I get it as a food wine when I travel. I couldn't find a bottle, so here it is. It has a calm taste. The umami is well rounded and well balanced. It is not very distinctive, but it has a stable taste.

I bought this souvenir for myself at a roadside station for drinking in my room. It is sweeter and more umami than I expected. It is indeed a junmai ginjo. I thought this brand was dry, but it has this kind of finish. I think it is a dry type of sweetness. It tastes like it was made a long time ago. Anyway, it is delicious!

The first sake brewing rice in Hokkaido, Ginpu, is used. It is refreshing and crisp, yet the umami is very clear. It's dangerous because it doesn't feel like it's 16 degrees.

It is sharp and dry with a special junmai-like feel. It is not fruity. It is not fruity, but it will appeal to traditional dry sake drinkers. It has a good balance as a food sake.

Sake rice is Nanatsuboshi, and the alcohol is 15 degrees Celsius. It is a well-balanced sake, clean and crisp, but also umami and fruity. It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it is still very good. If you are in Hokkaido, Sanzen Sakura is the best!

Bishu Ranman. I bought this in Kakunodate, Akita. The explanation was that it is only available locally, but I don't think you can find this label in the Kanto region. It is beautiful and light. It is easy to drink. It has a good flavor and a bit of bitterness. The bitterness is a little characteristic. It is unique and delicious. I like it!

Good morning, Breadfan! Kakunodate is a place I remember stopping by on my honeymoon✨. I have the impression that Akita has a lot of really great sake 🎵. I don't see many sake from Akita Meinoho, but I'm intrigued 😊.

Thank you for your comment, ma-ki. It is wonderful that you stopped by Kakunodate on your honeymoon. Kakunodate is a nice place, isn't it? We only had a short stopover there this time, so we would love to go back. I enjoyed reading ma-ki's report on Akita sake. Let's enjoy sake together!

It is a special junmai with just the right balance. It tastes dry and fruity, and I think I can understand Ginpu. It is delicious. I'm getting it locally in Hakodate! I'm drinking it with people who like dry sake, so this is good.

I got it at the Nebuta Festival. It is a local sake in a souvenir size. It tastes like special junmai (pure rice), but it has a fruity and umami flavor. This is just the right amount of sake for yatai food.

This is a gem found at the Tamagawa Onsen (hot spring) store. I like "Yukino Kayasha", but I have never seen it in the Kanto area. I wonder if it is only distributed locally. The taste is similar to that of the black label "Yamahai" of the Snow Kayasha. It is a little spicy and has a strong umami and bitterness. It has a complex flavor and a great balance. Snow Kayasha offers this taste at a reasonable price with Yamahai, which is really great! I love Snow Kayasha!

This is a souvenir sake purchased at a supermarket in Yamagata. I drink it with dinner. It is a solid dry sake, and even though it is only 14 degrees Celsius, it feels rich. You get used to the umami and fruity flavors, but it's still very watery. I bought it at random, but I think it is a winner!

Lastly, back to the snow goddess. I can't tell the difference between this and Dewa-no-sato. I guess it is fresh and refreshing. It is delicious. I highly recommend this brewery tour because you can taste the sake with your guts. It looks like they will let us drink some more, but we cut off here. Thank you very much!

This is the real life Kame-no-o. I understand that most of the rice around here is an improved version of Kame-no-o. The taste is fresh or watery...hmmm, I want a little more umami. It is too clean, or too refreshing, even for a junmai daiginjo.

I was allowed to sample the whole thing, and as a thank-you? Here is the full report. This wine is made from Shonai-grown, improved Nobukou. It is a bit fruity, but still has a refreshing finish.

At first I was puzzled because I said I wanted to drink Yamahai and was offered Namahashi, but this is delicious. I felt I understood a little bit about the goodness of the sake.
