This is my standard Tsururei ginjo-nama sake.
Rich, umami bitterness. Aroma and taste of a ginjo.
The rice is so good that I feel I can taste the taste of Koshitanrei.
The key point is that it is a ginjo, not a junmai ginjo. It is cheap, but tasty.
I love drinking it every time I can get it, and I advertise it here. The balance between taste and price is important.
