Kanaderu, from Obata Shuzo, the brewer of Manotsuru on Sado Island. Made from 100% Gohyakumangoku. Alcohol 15.5%. A little spicy on the palate, with bitterness and umami coming later. It may taste a little like apples. It seems to be a recent sake. It tastes like what you would expect from a sake brewed using a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. This is delicious. I think it is spicier than this type of sake because of the amount of "Gohyakumangoku". It's a good sake.

This is an experimental sake from Tenryohai Sake Brewery on Sado Island. Slightly slightly carbonated. I think it is fresh and has a strong umami flavor, but it is also beautifully light. I think there is a slight yeast difference or taste, but it is difficult to tell because it is so slight. The rice is supposed to be Koshitanrei, Gohyakumangoku, or Koshinohomare, but I can't tell. It's light and almost a juice. Anyway, it was delicious! Tenryohai Sake Brewery was purchased by a young president and has a lot of momentum.

I personally passed a certain certification exam, so I decided to serve myself a nice sake to celebrate. The price is a bit extravagant, but it is Yamamoto's Pure Black. It tastes like citrus acidity and juice. It has a bitter taste, or rather a habit, and tastes like more than just a trendy sake! So it is very delicious. I'm going to drink it shippily with Brikama from now on.

Limited edition, flat polished rice, unadjusted raw, light nigori active raw GRAPE label SPARK.Uonuma Seishu, rich mellow uncapped. 16 degrees. This is a gem from Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Long description of the sake.... It is slightly carbonated and is Calpis juice. It is not that carbonated. Anyway, it is sweet. It feels different from fruity sweetness. It has a strong flavor. I think there is some kind of miscellaneous taste. It may be overdone, but it's delicious anyway! Definitely a Hiragana Takachiyo!

This sake is available at JAL. It is a daiginjo, but it is not overdone and has a strong flavor. It was not just a sweet daiginjo, so it was surprisingly distinctive and delicious, and I would like to drink it again. I think it has a little bit of character in its umami. It is a limited edition sake that I bought after visiting a sake brewery and liking it. It is a bit dark, so it feels a bit spicy, but it is rich and fruity. It is rich, fruity, and has a strong umami flavor. It's a pity that it is not a pure sake, but it seems to be a pure sake. It is a delicious summer memory.

Bishu Ranman. I bought this in Kakunodate, Akita. The explanation was that it is only available locally, but I don't think you can find this label in the Kanto region. It is beautiful and light.
