Sake degree +3, 15% alcohol. I thought it might be spicy because it is from Chokaizan, but it is not. It has umami, a little bitterness, and a little firmness. It is not heavy. I guess soft is the right word. It is a delicious sake!

Not sure if this is the first time I've seen this... I think it is a daiginjo and beautiful. I think it is a beautiful daiginjo. I think I could feel a bit of bitterness... It is difficult to judge this with only a cup of sake. I will try it again next time.

From Oguro Brewery to DHC Brewery. It is dry and robust, but the aftertaste is short and refreshing. It doesn't feel thick. It's a solid, clean drink. It's hard to explain. Anyway, it is delicious! For some reason, DHC Brewery has tasted it many times at the tasting corner of Ponchukan, and we support them!

17% alcohol by volume. It is dry, rich, and full of flavor. 17% alcohol by volume, so it is dry, but the inside is very fruity. It is a dry sake, but it has a fruity taste inside. It is a rich type that will please those who like dry sake. Personally, I like this type of dry, thick sake very much. It tastes similar to the Tsururei's 17 degree series!

18 degrees alcohol. You would think it would be spicy from the degree, but it's sweet! It's rich and sweet. It is fruity or thick. This is the effect of direct pumping. 18 degrees is dangerous for this. A thick liquor with sweet juice. It is dangerous and delicious!

Gohyakumangoku. Alcohol: 15.5 degrees Celsius. Clear and dry. It is very beautiful. It is paired with nabe (hot pot), but it is perfect as a food sake. It does not interfere with food. This is what makes it so good!

At first sight, it is a little spicy and rich in flavor. Once you get used to it, you will enjoy the bitterness and umami. I think it is very cost-effective because it is so delicious and inexpensive. Yamahai is the best!

First time I've seen it. It has a richness and umami like smoked cheese. It has a peculiar taste, so I tried heating it up halfway through, and it went well with it. I think it's a habit, but I need to learn if I'm right... I imagine the habit becomes rounded out with warming.

For some reason, Mt. Myoko is often drunk at Ponshukan. It's a good cost per coin. I tried it heated today, and it goes well with warmed sake. It's hard to describe it as cashew nut-like, but the sweetness and umami came out nicely when it was heated.

It is 2% alcohol. I know this is a story post, but please forgive me because of the alcohol. It is sold at a supermarket in Uonuma. It's a little bit like sherbet with iced milk, but you can feel a little bit of alcohol and it's delicious.

100% Koshi-tanrei. At first sight, it is crisp, dry and fresh. Once you get used to it, the umami and lingering aftertaste are very noticeable. It is truly delicious. It tastes like Tsururei, and I like this one the best among the Tsururei series. As far as I know, it is only available in the Uonuma area, and supermarkets in the Uonuma area also sell it. I always buy it when I visit Uonuma. Postscript. When I drank it the next day, the bitterness increased and it tasted even better. Nama-zake is fun to drink!

Dry and spicy! Koshitanrei, 17 degrees. It has a rich umami characteristic of Tsururei, and anyway, it is dry and beautifully finished. This is a must for those who like dry sake. This is what dry sake is all about! This is my favorite Tsururei, but this is the first time I have tasted it. I still have a lot to learn.

Made taste only possible with honjozo. The umami and bitterness are well expressed. This is Tsururei. It is well made. I think it is a fraud that this sake was served when I ordered a special junmai hiyaoroshi at this restaurant, but it is delicious! The restaurant seems to think sake lovers are idiots.

Dry and sharp. Alcohol content is a bit high. But it is refreshing. The description of the store says Yamada-Nishiki, but I don't know if it is really Yamada-Nishiki or not. It is a sake for dry sake lovers. The store is a scam because it says it's an "autumn harvest" and this one came.
