This taste, this quality, and the price is low. It is my favorite because of its great cost performance. It is fruity and complex with a strong flavor and bitterness. It is fun to drink. I have written many reports on it, but it is a regular sake that I drink again and again. It is very important that it is easy on the family budget!

Yamada Nishiki. Unblended sake brewed in 2023. Alcohol 17%. At first sight, it is a little spicy, rich, and umami. It has a bitter taste and then fruity. It is delicious! This is Tsururei's limited edition sake. You can get this sake at Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. It depends on your taste, but for me it is a masterpiece that impresses me no matter how many times I drink it!

It is a crop that is quite available these days. This is a fruity, bitter, umami, modern sake with a wonderful balance of flavors. Pear? It has a strong flavor, that's for sure. It is very tasty in general. This is also a juice.

The sake is made from Agatsuma's Yamashu No. 4. It is a bit spicy and has a bitter umami taste. It has the feeling of being a fresh sake. I think it will taste even better if it is left for a day. Enjoying sake at the Shima Onsen hot spring hotel!

A gem I got at Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Slightly carbonated and watery. A little spicy. Maybe because it has 16% alcohol. The rice is Koshigaraku? I wonder if it is made from cold-weather rice. The taste is similar to that of "Kamizen Nyosui". In other words, it is a juice. It has a short aftertaste and can be drunk smoothly like water. Postscript. A day after opening the bottle, it mellows out and has a bitter and umami taste. This is what I like about nama-zake!

It's sweet, but it's spicy, 17 degrees. It is spicy but a bit rich and fruity. If you expect a sweet sake, it might be different. It is a good sake for those who know the Chosan series. It is hot, sweet, and moderate. It is delicious.

It is said to be a collaboration between Onsen ♨️ and Musume, and the Musume is Echigo Yuzawa Kasumi. 1,760 yen for 480ml, a delicate price. I was going to buy "Hakuryu" but bought "Shirataki" by mistake. This is "Shirataki" from Kamizen no Kura. If you like "Hakuryu," be careful. The main thing is that it tastes quite fizzy. It tastes like watery and refreshing, which is the taste of sake from Kouzen's brewery. It is not spicy and fruity, but it is water. Just like Shirataki soda water? It's water, so you can drink as much as you want. Is it really from Kamizen?

Tosa Urara, is rice. It is a limited edition sake. Slightly carbonated and fruity. The sweetness of the rice is well known, and I'm not good at using fruit metaphors, but pineapple? Or an apple with strong honey? Anyway, it is delicious! At 14 degrees, it's a perfect juice!

Sake degree +3, 15% alcohol. I thought it might be spicy because it is from Chokaizan, but it is not. It has umami, a little bitterness, and a little firmness. It is not heavy. I guess soft is the right word. It is a delicious sake!

Not sure if this is the first time I've seen this... I think it is a daiginjo and beautiful. I think it is a beautiful daiginjo. I think I could feel a bit of bitterness... It is difficult to judge this with only a cup of sake. I will try it again next time.

From Oguro Brewery to DHC Brewery. It is dry and robust, but the aftertaste is short and refreshing. It doesn't feel thick. It's a solid, clean drink. It's hard to explain. Anyway, it is delicious! For some reason, DHC Brewery has tasted it many times at the tasting corner of Ponchukan, and we support them!

17% alcohol by volume. It is dry, rich, and full of flavor. 17% alcohol by volume, so it is dry, but the inside is very fruity. It is a dry sake, but it has a fruity taste inside. It is a rich type that will please those who like dry sake. Personally, I like this type of dry, thick sake very much. It tastes similar to the Tsururei's 17 degree series!

18 degrees alcohol. You would think it would be spicy from the degree, but it's sweet! It's rich and sweet. It is fruity or thick. This is the effect of direct pumping. 18 degrees is dangerous for this. A thick liquor with sweet juice. It is dangerous and delicious!

Gohyakumangoku. Alcohol: 15.5 degrees Celsius. Clear and dry. It is very beautiful. It is paired with nabe (hot pot), but it is perfect as a food sake. It does not interfere with food. This is what makes it so good!

At first sight, it is a little spicy and rich in flavor. Once you get used to it, you will enjoy the bitterness and umami. I think it is very cost-effective because it is so delicious and inexpensive. Yamahai is the best!

First time I've seen it. It has a richness and umami like smoked cheese. It has a peculiar taste, so I tried heating it up halfway through, and it went well with it. I think it's a habit, but I need to learn if I'm right... I imagine the habit becomes rounded out with warming.

For some reason, Mt. Myoko is often drunk at Ponshukan. It's a good cost per coin. I tried it heated today, and it goes well with warmed sake. It's hard to describe it as cashew nut-like, but the sweetness and umami came out nicely when it was heated.
