I am happy to drink after a long time. Masumi is the best! Clear and dry. It's a classic and I really love it. Delicious! The label looks cool now, doesn't it? Masumi is my favorite brand, but surprisingly, you can't find it in bars.

Both rice and water are produced in Uonuma. Junmai-shu born in snow country. It has a rich umami flavor and a thick umakuchi taste. It is rare to find this much on a label. But the taste is... not fruity. It was rather refreshing. It was rich, but maybe not so characteristic.... For some reason, two drinks in a row today had little impact on me.
