This is a souvenir brand of Senkin that I bought at a roadside station. It is fruity and rich, but also a little spicy and seems to have a bitter flavor.... I've been eating it with jalapenos, so my tongue is numb. Well, it is not special, but it is tasty enough!

I've seen this at various roadside stations in Tochigi, but I've never tried it yet. ❗️ I'll try it next time....

Thanks for your comment, Machiner 😊. I'm a self-proclaimed super spicy person, so my taste buds should be separate with jalapenos and sake, but today's jalapenos were seedy and spicy 😂. Please buy some and let me know what you think!

I bought it a while ago and stored it carefully in my wine cellar. I'm going to have it as a cold recovery gift. It has a sweetness reminiscent of white peach juice with a delicious acidity that adds a kick. It has a dangerous taste that you can drink as much as you want. It is a dessert. Be careful how you drink it and not too much.

This is my standard, Junmai Yamahai from Snow Kayasha. It has a good balance of umami and a little bitterness. It has a beautiful junmai-like cohesiveness. And it is a great value for money. I can't stop raving about it. This normal Yamahai is the best than the last Hiyoroshi. I will buy this sake again and again!

This is my standard Tsururei ginjo-nama sake. Rich, umami bitterness. Aroma and taste of a ginjo. The rice is so good that I feel I can taste the taste of Koshitanrei. The key point is that it is a ginjo, not a junmai ginjo. It is cheap, but tasty. I love drinking it every time I can get it, and I advertise it here. The balance between taste and price is important.

When I think of Midorikawa, I often drink Junmai, but this is a Ginjo. I did not hesitate to buy it because I did not see it very often and there was only one bottle left. The taste is rich and dry. It has a bitter taste, or rather a peculiar taste, which is similar to other sake breweries in the Uonuma area, so I think it may be due to the rice. The taste is in the same vein as Hakkaisan. It is also dry with a slightly high alcohol content of 16.5 degrees. It is suitable as a food sake, but if you get into it, you can easily drink it on its own. It is delicious!

I've bought this hiyaoroshi version of the Yamahai, a masterpiece of Yukino Kayasha, many times. I feel blessed that I can easily find this at my local liquor store. The alcohol content is 16%. The taste is a balance of the umami and bitterness of Yamahai. The hiyaoroshi version is a little more robust and dry. And it is cheap! I love this taste and the price is very reasonable. If you drink it often, this is the one! I have raved about it many times.

The name of the sake is Yottakamo. The distributor, TAKUMI Corporation, created this original sake at Shigaizumi Sake Brewery. It is a special sake made from Hitogochi, a pesticide-free variety produced at Yayoi Farm in Iiyama City. The price is a little high because of the commitment. The main taste is... umami spreading in the mouth with a well-balanced acidity. It is fresh. The quality of the rice is directly conveyed. This is a good sake I bought! It is not easy to find this sake, but I would like to buy it again.

I thought I was tasting Iwashimizu Junmai Ginjo, but this was served to me, and I misunderstood and bought it as is...proof that I don't understand ginjo aroma. But it was delicious. It was beautiful and a bit more fruity. It tastes like a cosmetic type, but this is about as good as it gets. I prefer this one to Iwashimizu's sweet, unpasteurized sake series. This is a gem brewed with rice from Shinshu at low temperature. The alcohol content is 15%.

It has a strong and beautiful flavor, but it also has a unique bitterness. There is a unique bitterness. This taste is rare for a sake that is not a sake yeast yeast yeast or yamahai yeast. It is fruity and soft with the umami of rice. The sake rice is Ginotome, produced in Iwate Prefecture. Yes, this is delicious. It is the type of sake that can be enjoyed alone, not as a food sake. The alcohol content is 15%, but the bitterness is not bothering me, so I just keep on drinking it. You will get drunk.

Limited edition, flat polished rice, unadjusted orikara. BLUE label. A souvenir of the Kanazawa family. It is lightly cloudy and fruity. It has a strong umami and a little bitterness. It has a strong mouthfeel. The alcohol content is 15 degrees. There is nothing wrong with Hiragana dakachiyos! I love trying out sake like this because it's fun!

The photo is on the left as you head in. This is a very geeky sake, an old draft sake. I think the price was in the 6000 yen range. Anyway, it is very expensive. It is also very sweet with 12 degrees of alcohol. It is a juice. It's a sweet sake aimed at women who don't know about sake. On the contrary, I think it is too sweet for women who know sake. By the way, it was written in the explanation of the store that it is a sake for women.

According to the store's description, it is a very sweet sake aimed at female customers. 12 degrees and slightly effervescent, it is quite juicy. The rice is Miyamanishiki.

This is a famous sake from Nagano. You can find this sake in supermarkets in Tokyo, and it is a cosy image for a ginjo-shu. The taste and the price are good. This one is brewed alcohol because we are getting it as much as we can drink. It tastes like brewed alcohol. Well, but it is okay.

This sake is also from Nagano. Mizuo is well known and is often found at roadside stations. This sake is also brewed with brewed alcohol, so it is sweet. It is described as dry, but the taste of brewed alcohol seems to prevail. I would like to see a little more individuality in this one.

It is a local sake from Kijimadaira, Nagano. It is quite sweet, probably due to the taste of brewed alcohol. This sake was served at an all-you-can-drink event. A little too sweet.

It is a very standard and delicious sake in Uonuma, which I believe is sold only in the Uonuma area. It is available at supermarkets in Uonuma at a reasonable price. It is a great balanced sake with a strong umami and a bit of bitterness. You will never get tired of it no matter how many times you drink it, and because it is a nama-shu, the taste changes and is always fun. I have reported on this sake many times, but it is a great sake that I rave about again and again. The costa is great too! If you are in Uonuma, you can never have enough of this................................ This place is sake heaven.

This sake is sold exclusively in Uonuma by Niigata Meisho. It has a deep and robust flavor at 18% alcohol by volume. It has a complex flavor with a bit of bitterness and the umami that only Yamahai can provide, but it also has a Junmai-like quality, and you can enjoy it in a variety of ways. It is a slightly maniacal sake for those who like Yamahai and those who like a firm dry taste. And the cost is also quite good. Niigata Meizou would be more popular if it weren't for the fierce competition in Niigata. The taste is completely Niigata's image of sake, though. Anyway, I support them!

This is a test brew by Tenryohaii Sake Brewery, version 2025. It is beautifully effervescent and has a strong umami flavor, with a moderate sweetness or fruity flavor. It also has a bit of bitterness, which I personally like perfectly! It is light at 13.5 degrees and has a strong flavor, so it is not easy to drink, but you can drink it with gusto. It is a limited edition of 1,000 bottles, and I am very happy to have it!

This sake bears the name of the brewery Tenryohai Sake Brewery, whose new president is making excellent sake, whether or not it is safe to say that he is a newcomer to Sado Island. It is slightly carbonated and fruity. It is slightly carbonated and fruity, with a strong umami flavor. There is no bitterness or other tastes. It is very beautiful and has a wonderful finish. I am here. I never thought it could be this good. The raw sake is available only at the store where the brewery is located, and I am very lucky to be able to buy it. It is a hall of fame. It is 16%, but it is juice. You can drink it drunkenly. And because it is so beautiful, it can also be used as a food sake. It's a great balance!
