Sake: +7. Sake degree +7, NI-2, dry taste...close to the image of Hachikaiyama. I was scared by the sake +7, but it is not that dry. It is nice and refreshingly light. The aftertaste is short. It is a food sake. I think it is just right for resetting the tongue. I got it through Furusato tax payment!

100% Gohyakumangoku. 16% Sake. I bought it at Kane-shin in Uonuma. It was unusually easy to tell that it was Ihyakumangoku right after drinking it, so I guess it is classified as dry and light, but it has a fruity and umami taste in the dryness. It is rich and has a nice aftertaste, which I like very much! This is a winner. Kaneshin-san's recommendation is great! Thank you, Kaneshin-san!

This sake was purchased by Furusato tax payment. It is brewed with natural water from Mt. It is a junmai daiginjo, but it seems dry. It has acidity, umami, a little bitterness, and a fruity taste, but it is a food sake. I'm pairing it with cod meuniere, and it goes well with it! It is delicious!

I guess it's clear and dry. I didn't think so when I drank it last time, but today's feeling may be a bit close to Hakkaisan. Maybe because I tasted Hakkaisan at Uonuma no Sato yesterday. It is a beautiful sake that is easy to drink, as it is from the Kamizen brewery. I like that the rice is Koshitanrei!

Tsururei Nigori Sake is a fresh bottle of nigori sake. It is quite strong in carbonation, so be careful when opening it. Because it is nigori sake, it is shaken once to mix it, but after that, it must be poured carefully. The sweetness of the rice is strong, but the bubbling and the alcohol content of 17% make it taste spicy. This is a special sake for Tsururei lovers. It is very tasty!

Happy New Year 🎍⛩. The first sake of the new year is my favorite Naotora extravaganza. It is 100% Miyamanishiki. It has a fruity mouthfeel like a nama sake, but it is spicy at 17 degrees Celsius. It is dry, light, and firm. Although the rice is different, it is in the same category as my favorite Tsururei by Aoki Shuzo, which is super delicious. I love Endo Shuzo, but Naotora is something else! I am a maniac fan! I bought it at Koyama Shoten and kept it.

This is a gem that I got from my hometown! It is fruity and slightly gassy. It has a moderate bitterness, and you can taste the umami afterwards. Thanks to the bitterness, the aftertaste is long. It is not too heavy at 15 degrees Celsius, so you can easily drink it on its own. This is quite delicious!

When I visited Yukemurinosho in Tsunashima, I was not expecting to find this! It is sweet and fruity because it is made from Yamadanishiki, which is one of the Tsururei varieties. 17 degrees Celsius, so it is not too sweet but also spicy, and has a strong umami flavor, which is typical of Tsururei. It also has a slight bitterness. I recommend this series of Tsururei!

This sake was purchased as a souvenir from Kiyosato. When you are there, it is wonderful that you can buy this at a convenience store! I bought it at 7-Eleven. The taste is well balanced and the aroma is wonderful. It is crisp and light, but also has a fruity flavor.
