Made taste only possible with honjozo. The umami and bitterness are well expressed. This is Tsururei. It is well made. I think it is a fraud that this sake was served when I ordered a special junmai hiyaoroshi at this restaurant, but it is delicious! The restaurant seems to think sake lovers are idiots.

Dry and sharp. Alcohol content is a bit high. But it is refreshing. The description of the store says Yamada-Nishiki, but I don't know if it is really Yamada-Nishiki or not. It is a sake for dry sake lovers. The store is a scam because it says it's an "autumn harvest" and this one came.

Yamada Nishiki. It is fruity. A little sweet and a little sharp. The alcohol content is 14 degrees Celsius, which makes it a sake-juice type that can be drunk as much as you want. It has no characteristics, but it is delicious.

Abeno Star Series, VEGA 2023. It is a superb masterpiece. Slightly carbonated, fruity, citrusy, crisp and refreshing. It tastes like white wine, but it's just sake, and it retains all the goodness of sake! I think I'm the only one pushing VEGA this hard on this app. For some reason, it always registers new brands even though I've registered many times...

It's been a long time since I've been to a mountain stream. I thought hiyaoroshi would be spicy, but it is rather fruity. A little bitter. The umami is not too bad. I thought Keiryu was a little spicy and refreshing, but was I wrong, or is this the only difference, or is it my physical condition today? Either way, it was delicious!

Only home today. I found some good sake at a liquor store in my neighborhood. Kakuyasu is a good sake for the name of the store. It's fruity, but has a bitter and umami taste. Very tasty! Personally, I think it tastes similar to Morishima. It tastes exactly like what's trendy in my opinion! I really like to be able to enjoy this kind of sake at home with all my might. I have always liked Kido, but I like it even more now.

Limited edition. Nao Kumi Nama. A lot of long sake with a lot of different titles... It is fruity and firm. 16 degrees Celsius. This is delicious with a firm umami. And this kind of sake will surely make you drunk if you don't drink Wakarimizu well. It's a scary type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own. It is my favorite sake!

Ginkai-Deperture-. OCEAN99 series from Kujukuri. it's a cold chrysanthemum after all, but I was wondering why I should register the brand name... It's fruity and, well, it's a juice. If you call it fresh, I guess so. It's not that distinctive, but it's delicious!
