This sake was ranked in the Ponshu-kan. As rated by Ponshu-kan, it has a cacao-like richness and firm flavor. It has a nice characteristic. I will buy this when I see it in a four-pack bottle.
It is 2% alcohol. I know this is a story post, but please forgive me because of the alcohol.
It is sold at a supermarket in Uonuma. It's a little bit like sherbet with iced milk, but you can feel a little bit of alcohol and it's delicious.
100% Koshi-tanrei. At first sight, it is crisp, dry and fresh. Once you get used to it, the umami and lingering aftertaste are very noticeable. It is truly delicious. It tastes like Tsururei, and I like this one the best among the Tsururei series.
As far as I know, it is only available in the Uonuma area, and supermarkets in the Uonuma area also sell it. I always buy it when I visit Uonuma.
Postscript. When I drank it the next day, the bitterness increased and it tasted even better. Nama-zake is fun to drink!
Dry and spicy! Koshitanrei, 17 degrees. It has a rich umami characteristic of Tsururei, and anyway, it is dry and beautifully finished. This is a must for those who like dry sake. This is what dry sake is all about!
This is my favorite Tsururei, but this is the first time I have tasted it. I still have a lot to learn.
It's beautifully dry. Clearly dry. Splendidly dry. Not very dry, but dry. It is a standard dry taste. I would like to see something special about it...
Made taste only possible with honjozo. The umami and bitterness are well expressed. This is Tsururei. It is well made. I think it is a fraud that this sake was served when I ordered a special junmai hiyaoroshi at this restaurant, but it is delicious! The restaurant seems to think sake lovers are idiots.
Dry and sharp. Alcohol content is a bit high. But it is refreshing. The description of the store says Yamada-Nishiki, but I don't know if it is really Yamada-Nishiki or not. It is a sake for dry sake lovers. The store is a scam because it says it's an "autumn harvest" and this one came.
Yamada Nishiki. It is fruity. A little sweet and a little sharp. The alcohol content is 14 degrees Celsius, which makes it a sake-juice type that can be drunk as much as you want. It has no characteristics, but it is delicious.
13 degrees. Kyokai No. 6. Slightly carbonated, refreshing, sweet, is it apple or pear? It's hard to compare the fruit. Well, it is Shinsei. It is a juice. It is not a white wine. It has just the right amount of sharpness. It is a drink that you will never get tired of.
Once fired. 16 degrees. It is also fruity but a little spicy and still has a delicious bitterness. It is rich. This is the type of sake we are drinking nowadays. It is delicious!
It's watery and a bit spicy. I would say it's in the Kamizen lineage, but it's still watery. 14 degrees is what I'm aiming for in a white wine. I love Kanagawa Prefecture, but I didn't know this.
Fruity, sweet, with a bit of bitterness. I think it is a trendy taste nowadays. I think it tastes different from Morishima. I thought it would be strong, but it was 16 degrees. Anyway, it is a delicious sake and I recommend it!
Light and dry. Thin and umami, a little firm at 15.5 degrees. It is a very good food sake with no habits. It is easy to drink with food. It's been a while since I've tasted it, but it's still delicious.
Abeno Star Series, VEGA 2023.
It is a superb masterpiece. Slightly carbonated, fruity, citrusy, crisp and refreshing. It tastes like white wine, but it's just sake, and it retains all the goodness of sake!
I think I'm the only one pushing VEGA this hard on this app. For some reason, it always registers new brands even though I've registered many times...
It's been a long time since I've been to a mountain stream. I thought hiyaoroshi would be spicy, but it is rather fruity. A little bitter. The umami is not too bad. I thought Keiryu was a little spicy and refreshing, but was I wrong, or is this the only difference, or is it my physical condition today?
Either way, it was delicious!
Only home today. I found some good sake at a liquor store in my neighborhood. Kakuyasu is a good sake for the name of the store. It's fruity, but has a bitter and umami taste. Very tasty! Personally, I think it tastes similar to Morishima. It tastes exactly like what's trendy in my opinion! I really like to be able to enjoy this kind of sake at home with all my might.
I have always liked Kido, but I like it even more now.
Limited edition. Nao Kumi Nama. A lot of long sake with a lot of different titles...
It is fruity and firm. 16 degrees Celsius. This is delicious with a firm umami. And this kind of sake will surely make you drunk if you don't drink Wakarimizu well. It's a scary type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own. It is my favorite sake!
Ginkai-Deperture-. OCEAN99 series from Kujukuri. it's a cold chrysanthemum after all, but I was wondering why I should register the brand name...
It's fruity and, well, it's a juice. If you call it fresh, I guess so. It's not that distinctive, but it's delicious!
It's fruity and just sweet. Melon, maybe. Delicious!
From a brand that never misses with the first cup. You can never go wrong with Mutsu Hachisen! It is definitely delicious.
