Yamadanishiki produced in Yamanashi Prefecture. Yamadanishiki, but at first glance it is dry, with a bit of fruity aftertaste. It has bitterness and a slight umami flavor. This is my favorite. It is not the type of taste that will be popular, but it is delicious. I found a very good brand!

It's been a long time since I've done this one. It's so common, I don't know why I haven't chosen it. It is fruity and has a stable balance. It's usually delicious, though. Maybe I was bored from drinking too much? It is a good sake!

Fruity, maybe apple. Fresh? and well-balanced. Well, it's a stable red wine. I never miss it. Come to think of it, it's so stable that I haven't bought it in a four-pack bottle recently.

Clear, with a distinctive bitterness and a slight umami flavor. It has a long aftertaste, but it is not too thick. It may be a little less fruity than usual for Yamahai Junmai. It can be enjoyed casually at a store with a lower price!

A little spicy, but also sweet? Rather refreshing, with a bitter taste. It's clean and drinkable. It is dangerous to drink it crispy. I had an image that the "Saku" was a bit more fruity, but I wonder if this is the same as the "Saku"?

It is a souvenir from Shirakawa-go and is 100% Hidahomare. It is spicy, a little bitter, and has a slight flavor. It is quite tasty. I guess it is for those who like dry taste. Is this spiciness from the rice? Is it the taste of Hidahomare? It doesn't seem to be the type of flavor that would be popular, but it is delicious in its own way!

It is rich and a bit heavy? It is 16 degrees Celsius, but it tastes good, so you can drink it as much as you want. I didn't know they had this in Sailai. I didn't know that. Speaking of Ayrai, it is sweet and fruity, but this one is a little different!
