BreadfanClear and clean taste. Dry? If you think it's watery, it's 15 degrees. Brewer's alcohol is used. No bitterness. It's similar to Kamizen, but it's different and delicious! BreadfanDry and spicy! Koshitanrei, 17 degrees. It has a rich umami characteristic of Tsururei, and anyway, it is dry and beautifully finished. This is a must for those who like dry sake. This is what dry sake is all about!
This is my favorite Tsururei, but this is the first time I have tasted it. I still have a lot to learn. BreadfanThis one is also dry...clear and sharp. I can't tell the difference at this level, but it is spicier than Minatotani Tousuke. It is difficult to compare dry sake. BreadfanI guess it's clear and dry. I didn't think so when I drank it last time, but today's feeling may be a bit close to Hakkaisan. Maybe because I tasted Hakkaisan at Uonuma no Sato yesterday. It is a beautiful sake that is easy to drink, as it is from the Kamizen brewery. I like that the rice is Koshitanrei! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
