The nose is reminiscent of Muscat and pears. It has a gorgeous and delicate aroma reminiscent of Muscat with some freshness. The aftertaste is very crisp and clean.
The mouthfeel is unfiltered and bubbly, with a refreshing ginjo aroma, followed by a momentary sweetness. The aftertaste gradually fades away. Hohoho delicious 😋Album
The mouthfeel is fresh and the ginjo aroma is really sweet and fruity, which is the characteristic of Genmai. The aftertaste becomes milder, but it is still fragrant all the way to the finish. This is the brand that made me fall in love with Japanese sake!
The top note is just a little chlorine (?). It has a slight chlorine (?) aroma. With some foam, the sweet ginjo aroma reminiscent of peaches spreads on the palate. But the acidity remains a little strong in the aftertaste. But it is delicious!
The mouthfeel is bubbly or not on the tongue. The elegant and sweet ginjo aroma spreads in the mouth. After that, it gradually disappears. Overall, it seems to draw a smooth circle. I was able to see the top of the clouds.
It's from this year's production, so it has a youthful mouthfeel. But it goes in easily. The flavor of the rice spreads, and the spiciness and a little bitterness join in. It's so good! Ryo!
I really want to try this with a real seared mackerel 😋.
The one from Obuse Winery. We'll have it first 🤤 I heard it's only produced in very small quantities〜!
The mouthfeel is slightly youthful and fruity, with a juicy ginjo aroma. A wide range of bitterness looms in the aftertaste and lingering.
The mouthfeel is youthful and juicy, and you would think it would go on and on, but the spiciness follows in the aftertaste. I thought it would be spicier, but it's not, and it's really well made. Delicious! Ryokan
The entrance is a freshness that covers the tongue. The aroma that passes through the nose is grapefruit itself. It seems to disappear quickly, but the aroma spreads to the aftertaste. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's delicious.
It's my first time to try Gohyakumangoku.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but gradually the ginjo aroma comes through. The bitterness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku spreads, but the aftertaste is smooth.
Oh my god, if you pair it with firefly squid pickled in okizuke...!
The mouthfeel is clean and fruity, but no bubbles. It also has a juiciness similar to ginjo aroma, but it is a little dry. The aftertaste and the lingering aftertaste are well-balanced. This is also delicious!
It seems there are only 6 stores out in the country. It takes a lot of effort to open it😅.
The mouthfeel is amazingly carbonated, and when the bubbles pop in your mouth, you get a unique nigori taste, which goes through your nose to the aftertaste. It's very similar to Senkou's Yukidaruma! The label is too cute too!
is a light golden color. The smell is surprisingly like sake. From the mouth, it has a fruitiness like grèfle, and the way it rolls down and through the nose is grèfle juice, but it is a little astringent. There is some alcohol in the aftertaste. It's a bit out of the ordinary... but it's delicious!
The freshness of the drink is still there. When the bubbles pop, it's juicy, but there's also a hint of rice flavor in the nose. The aftertaste is dry. The aftertaste is soft and gentle.
The taste is just like water. What is this? It's too refreshing! It has the taste of a medium-sized bottle, but overall it's very refreshing. It's like Jozen Josui 🙃.
The aftertaste is dry. I want to pair this with some delicious bonito.
The nose is juicy, the taste is fresh and then has a firm corkiness. The taste is fresh and then firm with a hint of rice. The aftertaste is unique to ori.
The mouthfeel is smooth. The pure rice flavor has gone away. It is very juicy, and the flavor of the rice is brought out in a good way. The aftertaste is refreshing.
A comparison of the special junmai and jundaigin Akita Sakekomachi versions of the Tasake!
It's been a while since I've had the tokubetsu junmai, but I don't remember it being this refreshing. I hadn't had it for a while, but it was so refreshing! It's so good!
The Sakekomachi has a fruity aroma, juicy on the palate, and a ginjo aroma that comes out of nowhere.
