They had a lot of different kinds of test brewings, but I didn't drink any of them, and I was just too curious! The mouthfeel is a little punchy. It's a little punchy on the palate, but it's easy to drink even though it says it's made with traditional yeast mash. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's a well-made sword.

[Harukaze Flower Label Junmai A sake brewed by Kuribayashi Shuzo in Misato-machi, Akita Prefecture, one of the NEXT 5! First Misato Nishiki! Fresh when you drink it, it's incredibly crisp but with just a hint of rice sweetness. Overall, it is a very beautiful sake. If I were to use an analogy, I'd say it's a pure raw girl. It is wrapped in gentleness. I'd like to drink it with my girlfriend who doesn't like alcohol. It's delicious... 👑
