I have an image that many sake made with Aizan rice have a mild impression of sweetness, but this one had a spiciness to it at first sip. The aroma, I'm not sure if this is the right word, but it has a gorgeous rose hip-like aroma. As I drank it, the corners of the aroma were removed and I started to feel sweetness. It tastes like a combination of acidity, sweetness, umami, and sharpness. Maybe it takes on a different appearance when the temperature rises?
