I didn't realize it fell on its side while I was carrying it around and spilled the alcohol... which is probably why there was zero danger of it spewing when I opened the bottle 😂.
I thought it would be a little more spicy, but it was delicious 😋.
I love unfiltered unpasteurized sake, but it tastes different the next day, so I usually open it in two days.
This one is stored fresh, so the taste doesn't change much on the third day, which is good ♡.
