One I bought today!
My usual sake wholesaler was selling an out-of-season product at a discount, and I was lured by the Yamadanishiki and bought it.
It is slightly effervescent, and the first two or three cups have a bitter taste that leaves your nose. It has a mild taste when you drink it after the bubbles are gone.
It's delicious!

Someone recommended Igarashi at Sake-no-Wa, and it was at a sake wholesaler I'm familiar with, so I bought some!
It's hard to drink local sake, isn't it? I too drink only sake from outside of Gunma Prefecture, even though I am from Gunma Prefecture.

I'll give it a try next time. I enjoyed the Machida Shuzo and Ohbai Macho in Gunma Prefecture as well....they have some great sake....
