Azumamine is said to be the birthplace of Nanbu Touji. Since I was a child, I used to drink and watch sake a lot, so in a good way, it is a common sake. But when I drank it... It's not a matter of course! Kato admonishes Yamamoto, "It's not natural! It was a highly refined sake. I wonder what it tastes like. It tastes like home, or a taste that makes you feel at home. I was sentimental about it because it reminded me of drinking it at relatives' houses during Obon and New Year's holidays when I was a child.

The warmer the weather gets, the more the camping bug gets into the air. Well, I am a beginner level camper. It would be cool to bring a bottle of sake, but my ice cooler is getting full too. So I stopped by my favorite liquor store for a while and found a new brand, so I bought it immediately. I drank it on a Wednesday when not even Sazae-san was playing, and I had to work from tomorrow, and after the Bon vacation was the apocalypse of hell. It was delicious! The acidity and sweetness are perfect for summer! It's perfect for solo, family, or group camping! Oh no, I'm going camping tomorrow with this sake! I can't go to work! Tears Ah!

Long time no see Akabu. Summer sake refreshing blue. I had heard that it tastes similar to white wine, and it certainly does. It is refreshingly sweet and clear. It would be nice to enjoy a bottle of Jade on ice on a hot summer day at a campsite by the river while grilling on a net grill. I thought, but then I realized that it was a limited sale, so it would be gone by then.

To be honest, I took this bottle to the cashier because I was attracted by the STRAIGHT6 label without really knowing what it was. It was the first liquor store I had ever stopped by. The owner is handsome! I thought to myself, "Oh no! I went home thinking, "Oh my God! (I'm an old man, by the way.) I thought that was the case, but it was still yeast No. 6. I am very sensitive to the number 6 in my desire for politics. The cork opens with a bang. Oh, I have high expectations. I'm a little excited. A sip. Sweetness and sourness in a schwashy taste. It seems to go with everything. This brand is only available at that store in my neighborhood, so I'll have to go see that handsome owner again.

This sake is made from the yeast of the Ishiwarizakura cherry trees in Morioka and the cherry trees in the exhibition area in Kitakami. The cherry blossoms bloomed too early this year, but this is one of Iwate's most famous cherry blossom viewing spots. Hmmm. I must be getting hard-headed. My impression was, "It's delicious as a variant of sake!" But then again, sake is sake, right? I thought I was tolerant of new things, but I am ashamed of my sensitivity that I thought it was not the original sake. I wondered what I knew about sake. This is the brand that gave me the blackmail. It was a slap in the face from Mr. Zhang. I wrote about it, but it is more like a dessert wine in a sense, so I think it is more of an after-dinner drink than a mid-meal drink.

According to the direct sales website A silky touch of nigorizake with a slight sizzling sensation on the tongue. A silky touch of "nigori" sake that lets you enjoy the "raw" taste." My impressions are all true. But you know what? Silky touch nigori sake. What is this beautiful expression? If it were me, I would say it is a dry nigori sake of the royal road! What a Showa-era way to describe it. In the style of Anmika, "silky touch" is so fashionable. And.... ~It is unhappy to complain and complain all the time without realizing one's own happiness. The important thing is to be able to notice the happiness that is here and now. I am happy to be able to enjoy a good drink.

Literally heated up and took a sip. It was delicious. The brewer and toji at this brewery seem to break the mold. That may be so. It certainly has a strong flavor profile. However, I can go for many cups, which I would get tired of if it were something strange. (I get drunk very easily, so "any number of glasses" may be an exaggeration.) For some reason, I suddenly remembered Masa Saito and listened to his entrance song. It burns. It really burns. I recommend this song to those who are heading for a hot fight. I was listening to Masa Saito's entrance song while enjoying Kang Tsuchida. I don't know what it is, but it's a backdrop to a world without order! (I've heard that phrase somewhere.)

He who runs after two hares will catch neither That would be the correct answer if it were a vague concept that cannot actually be explained anywhere called normal. The label for this brand reads. "He who runs after two hares will catch neither. That's what the label says. If you give up, the game is over. Some tap-tap-tap said so. A neighbor's kid is chasing two hares, crossing the ocean, receiving the world's highest award, and continuing to do even better. And in the locker room circle, he chants, "Let's stop yearning. This is the kind of voice that only he can give. He is a treasure of Iwate, Tohoku, Japan, the world, and the universe. If you invest in our company, we will change our company name to "SHOTIME". It would be enough if he could enjoy his work for as long as possible without any injuries. I know I'm getting side-tracked a bit, but here are two hares. On opening the bottle, there is no doubt that it is delicious, but it still tastes young, with sweetness and bitterness, each independent of the other. I expect it will mature to MVP class with time. Tsuruoka, who received the first pitch of his first pitch, was thinking only of bringing the ball back to the bench.

Spring is here. Let's do our best, hay fever sufferers. I will do my best, too. So, I didn't write anything on the label. ~~~Miraculously, a yeast suitable for sake brewing was discovered in the camellia flowers blooming in the brewery, and has been cultivated for seven years under the guidance of the Miyagi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. SPRING TIME" is a product of Miyakanbai's seven-year effort using Miyatsubaki yeast, Miyakanbai's original camellia yeast. The soft sweetness is followed by a subtle acidity, resulting in a gentle yeast-derived flavor. With a sake strength of -43 and an acidity of 2.0, the sweet and sour taste is a completely new aspect of Miyatubaki that differs from the image of Miyatubaki that has been created up until now. ~~~~ It is a casually rare junmai ginjo. No, it is indeed delicious. I am not sure about the Miyatsubaki yeast, but the acidity and sweetness are just right. It is very interesting. Japanese people still have good ideas for making things.

Think I haven't heard from a guy in the Kanto area in a while. Is this brand sold in my neighborhood? Can you send it to me? He asked me if I could send it to him. Is that what you've been talking about for a long time? What is it, the WBC effect? You know what? This is just a picture of Oshu-no-ryu, right? It looks like he's swinging a bat and hitting a ball as hard as he can, but it's not, okay? The owner of the liquor store said that the pitcher version was selling well, but it's a samurai who can throw and hit, right? Samurai, huh? Did he read that far? If that's the case, I really respect Iwate Meisho. So, anyway, there is something I noticed. I can't drink! I'm just looking at it! And I never thought I'd hit three runs as I'm writing this.

My industry is analog. It is my impression that the analog industry has a high age group. I still have a lot of senior people in the industry. I am still called "wagesutazu" (noun: a dialect for young people) by some of the older people in the industry. I am still called "wagesutazu," which is a dialect of "young people. Well, such long-established sake breweries call themselves "wakazou" and make sake. In fact, some real "wakazo" have gone to work for sake breweries of their own volition. What is an attractive occupation? Is it a business where you wear a smart suit and facer your hair? No, it's not all about that. It could be simply put, an exciting job. Don't get me wrong, even the sake industry used to have an analog side to it, where there was a sense that all you had to do was make large quantities of sake. Now, the sake industry is a new type of business, and it has been noticeably revived to the point where it can be called a new type of business. Always take on new challenges. That seems to be the concept of WAKAZO. If I fail in my challenge, I will have no backing. I sipped from my cup with a sad feeling. It's okay to drink with a negative thought process sometimes.

According to Maiko Tsuji, the toji (master brewer) Sake that tastes good after the first sip will become boring if you keep drinking it. On the other hand, sake that has a sharp aftertaste with a good flavor of rice will naturally make you drink more. What is considered "delicious" is up to the individual, but I share the same feeling that one may want to drink dry sake after a long time of sweet sake. However, when I am after a dry heated sake, I sometimes want to drink a cold sweet sake, so it may just be a luxury. (Sorry, this is a personal opinion without any content.) So, nine samurai, or rather, brewers, gathered to brew a new sake. I wonder what it is. I guess because I am from the generation of 009, my personal impression is again a sense of heroism. And speaking of personal impression, I like the movie version of 003 very much. It's about alcohol. I had an image of the sourness of Bodhidharma, but it is sharp and dry, betrayed in a good way. Sweetness and sourness that you feel in the back of your throat afterwards. Delicious. I am not confident that I can wait until it matures, though it says "as it matures".

It's the Doll's Festival. Junmai Ginjo squeezed this morning will be served that day. I'm sure everyone will be curious if I bring home such a thing. Then everyone would drink it together like a celebration. A 4-gou bottle is only 1 gou when 4 people drink it, right? It is a surprise, isn't it? It's by reservation only, so you can't get it anymore. Yum yum yum, that's right, it's good. I should have hid it. I should have hid it. I should have hidden it.

It is claimed to be 50% polished, but it feels like a rice harvest. It has sweetness, spiciness, and a sense of rice harvesting. In my youth, I can only remember bitter experiences. There are men who, at the drinking table, with a radiant expression on their face, talk about the sweet and sour experiences of their youth. I am well aware that the world is unfair, but I would like to say this. I wish I had been born a handsome man. I guess that's why I love the sweet and sour taste of mizu-hashiroshi. I guess I'm trying to make up for the faint memories I didn't have in my youth. On Valentine's Day, I get a little nervous. I was a little nervous on Valentine's Day, a little nervous on the night after the festival, and a little nervous on the day of the sports festival. I fidgeted a little at the sports festival. I fidget a little at graduation ceremonies. I sipped sweet and sour hanaboe while remembering my embarrassing self who fidgeted in vain. I remember the salty-sweet hanaboe that runs down my cheeks.
