くぅねるMelikuri♪ Melikuri♪ So, I stocked up on purple air sparkling in advance. We opened a bottle of this instead of champagne this year. On the holy night, he asked me, "Can I put champagne in it?" I thought, "That's because it's a sparkling wine! I thought to myself, "That's because it's a sparkling wine! Men are idiots. The only advantage of the Corona disaster was that I completely woke up to the fact that it's better to buy a bottle of good liquor than to waste money like that. I'm not talking about the beer, I'm talking about the wine. No, I was talking about the Purple Space Sparkling. The moment I let a little air in, a cloudiness rose up, and I almost closed my mouth just before it overflowed the spout. A drop of sake is a drop of blood. I waited until the bottle had settled down and slowly opened the bottle again. I slowly pour it into a glass and taste it. What? Oh? It was completely different from the Gohyakumangoku Murasaki Uchu I drank the other day. It has a soft sweetness, but the taste is refreshing. It also has a different impression from doburoku. Today's dinner consisted of cheese, bread, and chicken. I sipped the Murasaki Chizu, thinking that it was a wine-type wine. What was that? Marriage! An international marriage of sake and Western food! Even Santa was surprised! Yes, I drank too much again.

えりりんHoly kuneru konbanha! 💕🎁🎄 MerryX'mas 🎄🎁💕 It's totally different from the previous purple space, isn't it?

くぅねるThank you, Eririn! Merikuri~♪ To be honest, this is the second kind of Purple Space, but even though they are the same Gohyakumangoku, they are completely different.

くぅねるThe brewery is now called Hirota Shuzoten, but it appears to have been changed to Shiwa Shuzoten. Now, Shiwa is made by the first female Nanbu Touji. Well, the word "toji" comes from the word "toji," which means "head of a household. The word "toji" comes from "toji," which is a pun on "toji" and means to respect a senior female brewer. Sake brewing may have been a woman's domain in the first place. Well, I'm just a consumer, so I'm saying this regardless of any ties. This sake is very smooth to the palate and goes in very smoothly. It goes in so smoothly that at first I felt it wasn't enough, but the more I sipped it, the more luscious it became. It seems to be a small sake brewery with four brewers, which makes me want to support them more and more. My guess. Chemical penlight glue.

くぅねるEririn-san, it's nice to meet you, so I'm indeed calling you "san" (^_^) I was torn between sparkling and this one, but I guess I should have just gotten both of them as usual lol.

Ichinokura特別純米生原酒しぼりたて

くぅねるThe rice used is Sasanishiki, he said. I stare at the refrigerator door of the liquor store with my head held high, like a boy looking at an N-gage train through the glass. It's a new Sasanishiki sake, isn't it? The rice that was even called the Koshihikari of the West and Sasanishiki of the East. Sasanishiki was even made into a gag in the "Contra Red Light" series. Sasanishiki has become extremely scarce, although it is probably not because of the sparkle around Watanabe Masayuki's eyes when he took off his sunglasses during his conte. The rare Sasanishiki is the raw material of this rice. It is a must buy. I immediately opened the bottle. Oh, it's so sharp and delicious! The aftertaste is also delicious. According to a farmer I know, Sasanishiki is grown for sushi restaurants. Sasanishiki is grown for sushi restaurants. That's right, it goes well with food. How can it not go well with sushi? I am happy again today.

くぅねるI found this popular one at a liquor store I stopped by to see if they had anything. Hmmm... I don't know what it is, but it's a nice little brewery! I don't know what it is, but I love the fact that it's a small brewery! I opened the bottle right away. It is said to be dry, but not that dry. However, it is delicious! And the aftertaste smells like an old grandma's house with a thatched roof. What is this? It reminds me of my childhood. I looked at the website. I see that they use wooden vats. I see, now I know what modern classic means. They seem to be an anti-rationalization sake brewery where everything is made by hand. Another sake brewery I want to support.

Akabu純米大吟醸 生酒 AKABU純米大吟醸生酒

くぅねるI came across it. I was hooked by the soft, gentle and refreshing aroma and taste. I want to try all of these brands. Akabu is like a first love. I arrived at the refrigerator without even glancing at the Beaujolais something corner. There it was. Junmai Daiginjo. I was tempted to open it right away, but after running some errands, I finally opened the bottle. While sharing it with the altar, I put the spout on my glass as well. I said wow! I said wow in real life. Me, serving one after the other to my wife, daughter, and other adults. I said, "Nah? Nah? Right?" I'm not the one who made it, but for some reason I'm a little proud of it. Finally, he said, "Don't drink it without permission! It's mine!" because it was so delicious. It was not because of the small size of the bowl.

AkabuNEWBORN 純米吟醸 AKABU

くぅねるAkabu's new Junmai Ginjo sake NEWBORN. Purchased from a bustling liquor store in the evening, which is probably a future delivery. When I got home, I took a poor snapshot while fantasizing about my family's insinuations, "Dad, you didn't even take a picture of your kids, but you're taking a picture of sake. Then I opened the sealed bottle and took a sip of the NEWBORN.... Wow, the taste was so good, my eyes were bawling! What is it? Does the young master brewer of Akabu know what I like? Is he an esper?

くぅねるIt is a junmai daiginjo, but just a bit spicier. Personally, the moment I put my mouth on this sake, I remember the days when my grandfather, grandmother, and relatives were all alive and laughing and sharing sake with each other. The label may change, but the essence of what is inside remains the same. It is a sake that makes me cry personally.
