I wondered if it was different from regular Hishiko because you went to the trouble of adding "san" to it, but it doesn't seem to be that distinctive.

The last drink of the day
I wanted to finish off the day nicely, so I tasted a couple of different kinds, and the moment I drank it, I said "this is it! I said 😍.
The Fukuda I had before was heavy, and I heard they had it, but I kind of shied away from it.
But, what do you think? It's exactly to my liking, a little sparkling light nigori that I want to drink in the hot weather!
I thought it was the last one, but I had to have a refill!
Oh, I feel like drinking it again when I write this!

Junmai sake for summer to be enjoyed chilled.
Apparently it is, but personally I think it tastes better lukewarm in the winter.
My palate was completely looking for a summer sake, so I'd like to taste and re-evaluate it at a different time.
My intentions were completely off, so I gave it to my friend who came over later 😗.

I wanted to change restaurants and go for something a little sweeter, so I chose the light nigori Morinori.
It would have been great if the sweetness was a little more refreshing.

Maybe it's because I drank it after the Amagaeru Spark, but it's even better because it's so refreshing.
Although it has a strong sake-like character, the taste is refreshing and not tiring to drink.
It was the kind of sake that I would like to keep in a bottle at home.

The moment it broke up, the plugs flew vigorously and bubbles blew out.
The bubbles flew so fast you'd think it was a fountain!
The bubbles were so intense after pouring it into the glass that as soon as you put it in your mouth, the bubbles burst and the sake disappears....
I don't know if I'm drinking sake or soda anymore.
The taste is easy to drink because of the low alcohol content, but I think the sake leaves a sweet taste in my mouth...
I'd give it three stars, including the fact that it's pricier than other sake.

My usual liquor store was closed, so I had no choice but to pick up some groceries at the supermarket.
Nanbu Bijin is my favorite, but this one is well balanced too!
