I bought it because of the cute jacket. The label said it had a "shwashy" feeling, and it really is a shwashy sake with a sense of youthfulness. It has a calmness to it, which is typical of Miyagi sake. It is the type of sake that you can drink as much as you want. It goes well with nabe!

The drink was spicier than I thought it would be. I personally don't have any personal opinion other than it was spicy. If I were to drink it, I would warm it up. It seems to go well with strong flavored dishes.

I bought this sake because I heard that it goes well with food wine. It is true, it has no habits in a good way and is very easy to drink. It also goes very well with snacks.

I bought it because it was on sale. It's a light, easy-drinking sake, with absolutely no quirks at all! Looks great warmed up!

Tamagawa is the image of a sake that you can't miss. The liquor store told me that it tastes best if you leave it open for about 2 weeks. But I only opened it for 3 days...lol...lol. The taste is relatively mild. The alcohol content (between 17 and 18 degrees Celsius) is relatively low. I am looking forward to drinking it heated!

I bought this sake because I was curious about it after seeing an update on Instagram from a liquor store I frequent. As for the taste, it is a relatively young sake. I first felt its freshness. I drank it with simmered dishes, but the chemistry wasn't great. I wonder what this goes with, it is delicious!

I bought this sake as a souvenir from Osaka. It is a sake that tastes relatively calm. It is more suitable as a food sake...? However, while drinking it, you can feel the sweetness of rice in your mouth. Personally, I quite like it.

I bought a bottle of alcohol that I was curious about. If I hadn't thought about it, the alcohol is 20% higher... It was "super dry" as the word says. It is quite pungent but delicious. It goes down your throat with a gusto. However, it is an easy to drink sake. It would be a delicious sake on the rocks.

It is a limited edition label from a liquor store I used to visit when I lived in Miyagi. I bought it because the jacket was so cute lol. My impression of this sake is that it is very easy to drink. It is a gentle and soft sake with the sweetness of rice leaving your nose after drinking. Sake from Miyagi! It is a soft sake that is suitable for a mealtime drink.

Can't go wrong, Mizutoki, with my first summer sake, I've successfully conquered all the seasonal sakes! As always, this sake is easy to drink! It is a summer sake, so it is refreshingly light and easy to gobble up.

This sake was recommended to me when I asked for a food sake at a liquor store I sometimes visit. This is delicious. First, you feel the sweetness and freshness of muscat. Then it gradually melts and spreads in your mouth. It is really delicious.

Found at a nearby store. I haven't had a Seven Crown Horse since I went to Izumo. I was told that it is relatively easy to drink at room temperature, so I put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before drinking. It is a very drinkable sake. It is very light, as spring sake should be, and the sweetness of the rice can be felt well within it. I think it would be perfect as a food sake - personally, I like it very much!

It tastes quite different. It's easier to drink if you bring it back to room temperature a bit rather than cold. Overall, the sake seems to have a strong bitter taste. I wonder what this would go with... With all due respect, I personally did not like it...

Tenjo Yume Gen has always been my favorite sake, but I haven't had a chance to buy it since I moved here. However, when I saw it at Aeon this time, I had to buy it. First of all, the packaging is very cute. At first, I ate it with a meal, but to be honest, I couldn't really taste it... But later, when I drank it by itself, I could taste the flavor. I guess the image would be Calpis. It is very easy to drink.

First time in my life, I had aged sake. It was yellow in color. I had heard that it was suitable for heating, so I started by heating it up. It's a very soft sake. I can feel the strength of the core and the density of the flavor in it. If you want to drink it cold, it might be easier to drink it on the rocks. Richness

I bought this sake at the Fukushima Sake Project in December. The taste is very fresh. You can feel the sweetness right after you put it in your mouth, but after that, the spiciness comes through slowly. It's delicious!

The first shot of the new year is taken from my most favorite sake. It's a very refreshing sake! There's a calmness to it that makes it a delicious sake after all! The bottle also has a snowy pattern and the seasonal Mizutori-ki bottle is stylish. Next year I want to drink all the seasonal sakes... I hope they sell them locally too 😂.
