First time in my life, I had aged sake. It was yellow in color. I had heard that it was suitable for heating, so I started by heating it up. It's a very soft sake. I can feel the strength of the core and the density of the flavor in it. If you want to drink it cold, it might be easier to drink it on the rocks. Richness

I bought this sake at the Fukushima Sake Project in December. The taste is very fresh. You can feel the sweetness right after you put it in your mouth, but after that, the spiciness comes through slowly. It's delicious!

The first shot of the new year is taken from my most favorite sake. It's a very refreshing sake! There's a calmness to it that makes it a delicious sake after all! The bottle also has a snowy pattern and the seasonal Mizutori-ki bottle is stylish. Next year I want to drink all the seasonal sakes... I hope they sell them locally too 😂.

This sake was delivered at the Fukushima New Sake Fair. The first sip of this sake gives you a sweet taste. It tastes like you want to pour it over ice cream or something. I don't think it's suitable as an after-dinner sake. It's not like sake in a good sense, so if you're new to sake, you can drink it like a cocktail. In short, it is delicious!

This sake is a collaboration with the Pageant of Light, so we bought it for Christmas. I saw this year's Hikari Pageant last week and it was as beautiful as ever. As for the sake, it's really delicious. The petite texture unique to nigori nama sake first pops in your mouth, and then the sweetness spreads quickly. Overall, it's a sweet sake, but it's like a slurpee that you can't stop drinking. I didn't like the nigorizake I drank before, but this is delicious. I really can't stop drinking it (the jacket is really stylish too).

I can't drink it too much because of the high alcohol content, but it's a sake with a mild thickeness and a softness that gives it a firm strength. Personally, I like this sake very much. I think it is a very good sake for the price.

My favorite Tenjo Yume Gen was on sale at the JR East Sake Market, so I jumped at the chance to buy it. I couldn't resist drinking it. First, take a sip. It's a very spicy sake. It's an image of a sharp sake. And yet, it is an easy to drink sake. Tenjo Yume Gen is a sake that I personally don't miss, and this time is no different. I won't miss it. It's delicious!

It is my personal favorite sake. First, drink it at room temperature. It's relatively sweet and easy to drink. Next, warm it up. It's easy to drink. You can feel the sweetness of the rice and drink it easily. It's a really nice sake that you can buy at AEON. It's delicious.

Mizutori Ki, which I personally love and can't get enough of. I was able to get my hands on it and I'm already grinning and drinking it. I really can't get enough of this brewery, can I? I always buy it when I see it. When I drank it, the sweetness spread quickly in my mouth along with the calm taste of cold wholes. This is delicious. I can't stop drinking it. It is a sake that has a calm, refreshing and sweet taste. It's the best!

The first of the autumn sakes is Tenjo Yume Gen. It's not well known outside of the prefecture, but I personally find it quite easy to drink and it's one of my favorite sakes from Miyagi Prefecture. As you can see from the image of Hiyaoroshi, it is very crisp! It's a sake that has a sharpness, but also a softness in it. It's delicious! It's a sake you can drink without any snacks. It's delicious!

I've been interested in Kariho for a while, but this will be my first time drinking it. It's a relatively sweet sake...? However, the sweetness doesn't make it sticky, and it's a refreshing sake to drink. You can't go wrong with sake from Tohoku!
