Found at a nearby store. I haven't had a Seven Crown Horse since I went to Izumo. I was told that it is relatively easy to drink at room temperature, so I put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before drinking.
It is a very drinkable sake. It is very light, as spring sake should be, and the sweetness of the rice can be felt well within it.
I think it would be perfect as a food sake - personally, I like it very much!
