On the rocks it's very rich and thick!
On the rocks, it dilutes it a bit and gives it a nice flavor. ☺️

Freshly squeezed sake is inexpensive at 1,300 yen for 900ml! The nigorigo sake was also delicious, and I was already tipsy after the second stop on the Nishinomiya-go sake tour.

We were surprised at the difference in taste when we compared the new draft sake, 4-year aged sake, and 6-year aged sake!
Delicious~☺️

I bought it at the sake brewery's directly operated store "11th Generation Matashiro" in Nada, Kobe! It has a refreshing taste and is perfect for summer 😊.
I was told by the store staff that it tastes great if you add this sake to Seven's Mango Pineapple Smoothie instead of making a smoothie, so I gave it a try ✨.
The frozen fruit replaces the ice and it tastes so good cold 🌀.
But I think I prefer to drink it as it is!
