It's a reissue of a local sake called "Sanjo" that used to be made in Shiso City!
Delicious ......
It has a strong sweet and sour taste.
The alcohol content is a little high.
It goes well with Akinatai fish.
This is my first Akamu!
Refreshing ✨It's so refreshing and goes down your throat! You can drink it like water!
The flavor is not strong, but it's so delicious 😋.
I've learned another new taste of sake...
At Kuninicho Taproom!
This light nigori was really delicious 😋.
I don't know...
It's so refreshing, yet it leaves an aftertaste...
Or is it a lingering aftertaste? It's just delicious!
Sorry for my lack of vocabulary 🥲.
We went to Kuninonaga Kuranomi Taproom at Kotobuki Sake Brewery in Settsutonda, Osaka! It used to be a real sake brewery, but they reopened it in June this year and it was very beautiful 😆.
You can bring your own food 😊I brought takoyaki (octopus dumplings), but there were some snacks available 😊.
Kuninonaga Kael Label is a handsome sake that is refreshing but has a deep taste.
It's so smooth that you can't help but gobble it up...
This brewery also has good beer 🍺.
My first handsome Kugata.
It was refreshing and easy to drink.
The sourness and sweetness were perfect!
I'm convinced that the feature is honey lemon! Delicious 🥰.
I drank it using the cute prakanan tea cup I just bought as a boar cup! But I think a wine glass would be perfect for this 😂.
This was also served at a corner bar in Yamagata Prefecture!
Sweet but refreshing~ ☺️
The light cloudy color really looks like snow and the visual is beautiful!
First stop on the Fushimi Sake Tour
Gekkeikan Okura Memorial Sake Tasting!
The admission fee is 600 yen and you can try 3 different kinds of sake!
I think my favorite was the built-in junmai daiginjo shiboritate nama sake 😚 It was delicious ❤️
This is delicious!
I was told that it is good to drink it on the rocks, so I drank it on the rocks too!
On the rocks it's very rich and thick!
On the rocks, it dilutes it a bit and gives it a nice flavor. ☺️
I like both ❤️
Freshly squeezed sake is inexpensive at 1,300 yen for 900ml! The nigorigo sake was also delicious, and I was already tipsy after the second stop on the Nishinomiya-go sake tour.
