I bought this on my way back from visiting Izumo Taisha shrine in Shimane: ☺️ I've always been curious about Gassan. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, so I bought this one because it's a seasonal sake 💕 It's refreshing and very tasty! It has a sour and citrusy taste. The aroma and taste are both refreshing and clean! Delicious 🥰!

I went to Tomita Sake Brewery in Shiga during GW and bought it! I was exhausted from the traffic, but I'm glad I went! It's delicious 😋They use Shiga's sake rice, Tamakae, which gives it a very rich flavor! I love the fact that all the Shichibonjari are excellent as a food sake and go well with any dish 💕.

It is a gift! It is a Junmai Daiginjo sake made with Tottori's sake rice, Strong! The aroma is not that strong, but it is delicious with a strong umami flavor 😊.

I was walking around Namba, Osaka and happened to find Heiwa Doburoku Namba Brewery! It seems to be a recently built place...I'm glad I came to Namba after a long time! I'm so glad I came to Namba after all these years! The doburoku was great, but the Muryozan Junmai Ginjo was really good ❤️ The balance of umami and acidity is really good! We had a great time with all the snacks that went well with the sake ✨. I'm going back again 🥰.

It has a gorgeous daiginjo-like aroma! The taste is also gorgeous with a clean aftertaste. ☺️ Morinori is delicious after all! The best part is that 750ml is 1600 yen even though it is a Daiginjo! It was the best cost performance!

As the name suggests, it is extremely dry! It is very good as a food sake because of its sharp and dry taste! The high alcohol content makes it very drinkable and tasty 😆 I recommend it to anyone who likes dry ✨.

It was a gift for me â I didn't know this sake at all, but it was very delicious 😆. It has a concentrated flavor of Omachi, with a sweet aroma and a soft taste. The aftertaste is slightly dry and refreshing! I am very happy to learn about a delicious sake that I did not know before 💕.

I bought this after a recommendation from a liquor store in Toyama! Delicious! As the opening note says, it's fruity and refreshing with a gaseous, shrizzy feel✨. The carbonation is very delicate... It goes down your throat and is easy to drink 🍶. If I go to Toyama again, I'll definitely buy it! I thought 😊.

It's freshly pressed, unfiltered, unadjusted and bottled sake. When I drank it, it had a tangy, gassy taste and a delicious fresh sweetness 😊. The next day it had more juicy fruitiness and tasted even better! Yum 💕

I went to the Watanabe Sake Brewery in Gifu Prefecture to buy it while shivering in the cold and snowing🥶. Hourai is really delicious! It's fresh but rich, just like Hida sake ✨I said "Yum! I said 😋. It's right next door to Kaba Sake Brewery where I drank Shiromayumi the other day😊Whenever I visit a brewery, I always end up buying a lot of things and then I have to consume them...

This is the Honjozo from the Hirase Shuzo Brewery, well known for their Hida Kusudama! It is indescribably delicious when heated ❤️ They also have a red label, but I bought the white one because I heard the white label won a heated sake contest 😊. It was dry and crisp! I heard it tastes great on the rocks too... but it was cold so I just drank it all heated up 😂. I want to try it on the rocks next time!

Happy New Year 🎍. Otsushi and Kamikigen ❤️ I spent a lot of money to buy this during my summer trip to Yamagata 😂It's very expensive for me... I thought it was a very expensive item for me 😂........ My first snowman: ⛄️ I was scared to open the bottle but was able to open it without blowing out! It's so delicious and sweet, but dry and refreshing. It has a sweet but dry and refreshing taste, so I could drink it in gulps... Yum! I finished a bottle right away 😋. I will buy it again next year: ❤️
