The jet-black label is inspired by the famous horse "Symbol Chris S. I'm not really familiar with horse racing, but I've heard of this horse before 🐎. The flavor, acidity, and sharpness are very well balanced, and it seems to go well with any dishes 😋. It was delicious!

This is the first hiyaoroshi of Banshu Issen! The richness and umami spread after the first sip...delicious! It tasted so rich 😊. I had it with sashimi, but I think it would also go well with fatty Akinatai fish...

It is said to be a reissued version of the local sake "Sanjo" that used to be available in Shiso City! The Old Pine Sake Brewery diagonally across the street from this brewery also had the same brand of sake! Both are delicious, but I think I prefer this one! It's like sweet and sour, but mellow and very tasty 😊. I drank half of it at a later date and it tasted even more robust! I was surprised at how delicious it was... Sake is so deep!

We went to Kuninonaga Kuranomi Taproom at Kotobuki Sake Brewery in Settsutonda, Osaka! It used to be a real sake brewery, but they reopened it in June this year and it was very beautiful 😆. You can bring your own food 😊I brought takoyaki (octopus dumplings), but there were some snacks available 😊. Kuninonaga Kael Label is a handsome sake that is refreshing but has a deep taste. It's so smooth that you can't help but gobble it up... This brewery also has good beer 🍺.

My first handsome Kugata. It was refreshing and easy to drink. The sourness and sweetness were perfect! I'm convinced that the feature is honey lemon! Delicious 🥰. I drank it using the cute prakanan tea cup I just bought as a boar cup! But I think a wine glass would be perfect for this 😂.
