Actually, this is my first time drinking Kure 😄.
The first half of the sake has a strong umami flavor and the second half has a sharpness that personally gives me an impression of dry Tosa sake!
It was a delicious sake just as I imagined Tosa dry sake to be!

Very strong acidity right after opening the bottle 😆.
It gradually calmed down and gave a smooth mouthfeel and a mild umami flavor 😄.
It tasted like it would be suitable for Western food!
