As usual, the flavor is perfectly balanced, not too light and not too heavy. The carbonation was strong and refreshing.

The aroma is quite strong. The attack is juicy and the umami flavor comes rushing in, but there is a nice bitterness in the back of the mouth that pulls out the sweetness, giving it a crisp taste.

This is my first drinking brand. It's been a while since I've had Shimane sake 😁.
It had a nice matte mouthfeel and a nice richness. A little sourness? Fermentation taste? I felt a little sourness, but it was not bothersome.
It was better warmed than cold 👍
