It has been a long time since I have had sake from Oita. The aroma is strongly lactic acid-like, but the texture is quite dry when you drink it. It tasted like something a veteran would like.
I bought it without even looking at the name.

It has a full, sweet aroma that is typical of Kangiku, a smooth mouthfeel, and a crisp, gassy taste.
I thought it would have a dense and dense taste because of the considerable amount of lees, but it had a dry taste.

This is one of my favorite brands from Miyazumi 😄I think nigori is often associated with the image of being "lazy", but this one is very refreshing. I can't stop drinking it before I know it's gone 😁.

It's sweet and sour and low in alcohol, so it's easy to drink. Still s class in terms of difficulty in opening the bottle😅I blew out half of it this time too😅.

Even after resting for 2 days, just opening the lid cover 2-3mm blows the lid off😅.
It was the same before😅.
About a third of the contents will also blow out😅.
I would be happy if the brewer would improve the lid by putting a ventilation hole on it or something.

This pink one is really dangerous because it is fermented too much!
I drink it regularly. It has a great flavor, but the smoothness of the sake without any sticking points is a masterpiece 😄.
I enjoyed it again this time!
