Smells of powdered milk, flowers. Slightly effervescent. The junmai I drank before was so good that it was a repeat purchase, and it lived up to my expectations. It is well-balanced and when you notice it, you can drink it all at once with a slurp. It has a floral, not too sweet, pungent, well-balanced flavor, and a satisfying umami and a sourness that is very satisfying. The 4th day. It has lost some of its flavor and can be drunk without hesitation.

Since Tokyo sake is hard to find at local liquor stores, we ordered it from a sake brewery. Delicious! I'm so happy!

The acidity felt on the tip of the tongue is moderate, but freshness, sweetness, and luster spread simultaneously on the tongue, turning astringent and bitter when they reach the back of the tongue. The lingering taste is like thin asparagus. The luster is very assertive. The taste is quite different from BLUE 😄.

This is the fourth bottle of the accumulated contributions! As I poured, bubbles danced through the gulp, and those bubbles quickly disappeared. It smells sweet and spicy. Bon appétit! I thought it smelled acidic, but when I put it in my mouth, I felt almost no acidity and it is a gentle, soft drink. I don't feel any corners at all 🙂. The assertion is somewhat moderate sweet and spicy, and the light sweet and sourness spreads from the tip of the tongue to the middle of the tongue, but then disappears. Among the sake I've had recently, the drinkability is outstanding, and it doesn't convey much of the intoxication, making it quite a dangerous sake 😇.

We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. It's rich and dry. The rich taste in the mouth and the long lingering spiciness are exquisite. I think it's a very cost effective sake.

This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles. The rest of the land is used for convenience stores, Marugame Seimen noodles, etc. Now they are brewing in a rented part of Hakutsuru Brewery. At the time of the Great Hanshin Earthquake, the wooden warehouse collapsed, and the site of the warehouse was turned into an apartment building, which was named Daikoku Royal Heights.

Daikoku Masamune Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Yume Nishiki I like this sake very much😍. Calm and soft umami on the palate 😌. Gentle spiciness with a clean finish 😊. Overall, it's very cohesive and delicious 😋️‼️. The Sengoku I drank with it made me feel like a bit of a yankee 😆. Sweet and juicy is good, but I guess I prefer light and dry 🥰🥰. The last one I drank was also good, but This Daikoku Masamune was excellent👍🤣‼️.

Brewed by Suginomori Sake Brewery, a revived brewery. This brewery is not registered with Sake-no-Wawa.... Despite the chic jet-black bottle. Fruity aroma, sweetness, and The flavor of the rice is very strong.

A bar that leads the daytime drinking scene in Matsumoto. Popular among foreign customers. Open from 13:00 to 19:00. A small bar with a counter and two tables. This is the third bottle of the owner's choice. This is the first one I've seen. I have no prior knowledge of this one, so I'm looking forward to this one too 😙. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. 100% Kinmon-Nishiki is used. Memory fails me, but this is probably the first time I've tasted Kinmonnishiki💦. Melon aroma and elegant sweetness. The umami is unique from other sake rice, but that's the good part 😊.
