Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa. I did not expect much...but I experienced the power of Nagano sake🍶...aroma: a faint sweet aroma of rice, a clear sweet bitterness...the bitterness is just right and does not bother me...it is delicious😋...but it is also delicious😋 when drunk as is... ...but it really comes into its own as a food sake! It's a very beautiful sake that doesn't interfere with food 🍶♪ I'm sipping it with a side dish of inada I caught in Sagami Bay 😋♪ This is delicious 😋♪....

(o´ω-)b🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I went to Hiroshima 🚅 for work 🎊 for the first time in my life. I ate okonomiyaki, went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and at the end, I got the last of a bottle of sake that the owner recommended 😊I got the last of a bottle as a courtesy 😋. It's like a summer sake with a refreshing taste 😚 and a crisp aftertaste 😋. It went well with oysters, small sardines, conger eels and other specialties. ❤️ I'm going to work hard tomorrow and then go back to the liquor store 🥳.

A liquor store near my office, Saying they have a little more summer sake left over, so help us out, I'm willing to buy good sake as often as I can. This is my second bottle this season. It's fizzy, so it looks like calpis soda itself, When you drink it, it doesn't taste like calpis, but it's lactic acidic and definitely the kind Arshi likes, I'll have to buy it again if it's sold out. How many bottles can I drink this season? I wonder if I can compare the summer nigori with the winter nigori. What about today's beer? I took a break from beer today and had a can of Tris highball. It's a bit thin, I wanted it to be up to 9% alcohol!

This is the recovery sake from the Furuya Sake Brewery, after they were devastated by a fire. They made 2,000 bottles with "Hitogokochi" rice they were just able to get from the local area. For me, it wasn't about the taste; I drank it as a local showing my support. ( It was delicious, of course!)

Morimoto Morimoto Junmai Sake "Hatsu-no-Takimikiri 2022". This is my first time to drink this brewery. It was a delicious one 🍶🎶 and served chilled. It is a dark, umami, spicy sake, but as the temperature returns to normal, the sweetness and sourness come through. I think it is a good sake at room temperature or warmed. All of Shizuoka Prefecture's sake is delicious.

I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. I vaguely thought it might be 17 degrees since it was labeled as a pure sake, but..., But I was wrong, Well, it is no wonder I felt that way. It tasted sharp.
