A great sake for my mother's 60th birthday celebration. I liked its mellow and fruity notes, coupled with a clean finish. Perfectly paired with German cuisine (Roasted pork knuckles and ribs).
Monday night drink with this special Junmai Daiginjo from Born brewery. It has an elegant fruity and full body notes. It has become one of my favourite sake drink.

Had this special high grade sake from Oujiman brewery. It has a 6% rice polishing ratio!! I loved its mellow fruity notes and a elegantly clean finishing, it keeps tempt you to drink it. I'll definitely buy this again next time.
Simple but good Daiginjo sake. Its clean and crisp finishing coupled with fruity aromas pairs really well with Chinese cuisine especially salt baked chicken and braised fish head.

A wonderful sake from Born brewery for a Sushi Omakase session. Its fruity notes and semi-dry finishing is absolutely perfect for this occasion. Loved it.
