Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

It was purchased at the Aichi Sake Caravan during the Handa Canal Marche in Handa City on March 22. Forty brands of sake from breweries in Aichi, Gifu, Mie and Shizuoka were on sale. Attracted by the spring-only offerings, I purchased one of them, a sake from a brewery in Higashiura-cho on the Chita Peninsula. Ikumichii is read as Ikujii. It is dry and has a sharp taste on the nose, but it is mellow and easier to drink than expected. 1,760 yen.

It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good.
