This is another favorite local drink.
Summer,
After having accomplished a lot of big challenges in June for me.
I wanted to take a breather and reset.
A crisp, dry, unpasteurized sake. It works well.
I should be able to get eggplant.
It was such a good sake for the evening.
Sasanishiki from Ichihasama.

I prefer the green hode nasu in winter, though.

It is a local sake, but I first heard about it through "Sake-no-wa" and bought it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture. My daughter bought it at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station a couple of times before she got married. Strangely enough, I could not remember any other person's sake.
It has a fruity aroma and taste like peaches, with a nice sharp aftertaste. (Mrs. Fujinami's impression)
It was too rich for me and I did not understand it well. It became easier to drink when I tried it on the rocks.
