The unique mellow aroma of rice? Aroma of mellow rice...Sweet and spicy with a strong sweetness. There is also a slight sourness? The bitterness in the aftertaste is not bothersome... It disappears quickly. Brewed with 50% Miyamanishiki and 50% Hitogochiki from Nagano Prefecture, it is truly a hybrid of the best of both worlds. I've had my eye on this sake for a while, so I'm very satisfied with this one. Nagano sake is high quality...I'm having a little bit of it with some pickled bonito as a snack...

Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

🌧☃️ This is the one that I keep coming back to every year. This year, it's origari, and the expectation is MAX❣️! The name of the wine is "Tropical". This year is also pineapple 🍍! But the clearness of Hatan Nishiki covers it very well. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a great wine to drink. mellowness☺️. It's a great wine to drink. I️ love it! It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 2️⃣ Next up was another unfiltered raw sake✨. Nishibori had never had one before so we decided to order it 💡. It has a strong rice sweetness, and this one is also sweet like Wasanbon, leaving a bit of a lingering taste on the tongue. Upon closer inspection, it was a Tochigi sake 👀. It was like we were all drinking while saying that Tochigi sake is of a high level after all. ⤴️
