Hyogo is the sake of Himeji City. There are still many sake that I do not know. It is deep~~! It is said to be a mellow dry junmai sake. This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.
