The freshness like No Ichi faded and became a calm, sweet smelling liquor.
I thought the regular one had more character and tasted better.
I also felt I got tired of drinking it.

Good aroma before drinking
The aroma and the sweetness are obvious.
After that comes a nice bitterness that keeps the sweetness in check.
The sweetness and umami are just right for drinking cold, but it is not too heavy, and the bitterness comes in a nice way, so the sweetness has a nice sharpness.
It has the goodness of modern sake, and I think it would not be surprising if it becomes more popular.
Delicious sake!

drink sake cold
The aroma and umami are thin and not nearly as broad as they should be. The characteristic aroma of Dewanosato wafts through the air at the end.
I thought it would be better to drink it lukewarm to bring out the umami and aroma.
It has no characteristics, but it is somehow delicious.

drink sake cold
One year had passed since bottling.
Perhaps because of this, there was no aroma.
It was tasty but not distinctive.
When I drank it in Kochi, I thought the aroma was richer, but I don't know if it was because it was hiyaoroshi or if it has deteriorated.
It is difficult to evaluate.

Drink cold.
Almost no aroma.
The sake has a delicious flavor and a slight aroma. After that, the acidity and bitterness come in and disappear quickly.
This is good. The bitterness is a little strong and heavy. It might make you tired of drinking it, but I like this type of sake.
I thought it would definitely go well with strong flavors at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar).

I drank it cold.
Since it claims to be the ultimate food sake, I imagined it to be more umami and light dry, but the impression on the palate was heavy and fruity.
When you taste it, you can taste the umami in the latter half, and the aroma, umami, and lingering taste disappear in just the right way.
I think it is a good combination of classic and modern.
I would like to try other sake rice varieties and I have a feeling that there are more delicious varieties.

I drank it at room temperature. It was a traditional sake with a moderate aroma and rice flavor, and the sharpness of the honjozo sake, but it went well with the yakiton (pork belly) with sauce.

Drink cold
It is a traditional dry sake, not flashy or distinctive, but it is clear and delicious.
It has a nice lightness on the palate, but it also has umami.
The lingering sharpness is just right.
It was very good and did not make me tired of drinking it.

The apple-like aroma is nice and the finish is a bit harsh, but it is easy to drink.
It's not my favorite, but I thought it was delicious and I thought Eiko Fuji was a good sake.

The aroma is a little more subdued than Houou Mita? The sharpness is there.
I prefer this one.
I think it is delicious, but I still don't like the atmosphere of Hououmida.
It tasted like it would be very popular.

Sake recommended by the waitress as an award-winning sake.
It has a very sweet aroma.
The aftertaste was also a little persistent.
It was too much for me.

I drank it cold.
The aroma is not so strong, but the umami flavor seems to disappear quickly.
It seems to go well with sashimi, not food with strong flavors.
It's not flashy, but it's a nice and safe sake, but it doesn't go down well with sake, so maybe that's why it's not worth the points.
I don't think I'll repeat it.
