The aroma that spreads when you put it in your mouth is amazing. Very fruity.
It is different from the standard Koshi. I thought the same brewery could change so much.
It is not undrinkable, but people who like it will like it.
I drank it well chilled.

When I opened the bottle, the smell was strong and it was hard to taste the umami, but after a week in the fridge, the smell was gone and the umami was coming out. It's not very punchy, so it doesn't have much of an impact, but it's really good without being boring 😋I'm jealous that there are liquor stores near here where you can buy it.

It has a nice aroma and it disappears quickly and without any dullness 👍Tasty though the flavor is thin.
It is better to drink it chilled, but it is also good at room temperature.
All of Yamamoto Sake Brewery's sake is delicious.

I drank it chilled.
It has little aroma, no cloying taste, and moderate umami, but overall it is well put together, but I think something is missing overall because my expectations were so high.
It's a normal taste, but I won't repeat it.

I was surprised to find that the amount of sake I had consumed had decreased dramatically.
I don't know if it was because the alcohol content was a little low or what, but I thought it was not my favorite type of sake, but I found myself drinking a lot of it, which reminded me that I like sake,

I thought it would be a Junmai Ginjo with a strong Omachi flavor, but it wasn't. The aroma and taste were well balanced. The aroma and taste are well balanced, and it was delicious even though it was drunk chilled.

I bought it because it is famous in Gunma, but I didn't like it much.
Maybe it was because it was a junmai ginjo, but it gave the impression of a traditional fruity sake. It had flavor and aroma, but it wasn't very good.
I don't think I will buy it again.

I drank it for the first time in a while, but I wonder if the taste has changed. It used to have a strong image of light and dry, but now it has a more modern aroma and a stronger sweetness.
It was very tasty when it was warmed up to room temperature. You can buy it at convenience stores, and I thought it would be good when I don't have anything else to drink.
Cold sake 70 points
Lukewarm, 80 points
When drunk cold, it's Niigata's light and dry sake, but when warmed, the rice flavor comes out gradually and it's not flashy or habitual, but it's mildly tasty and good.
Lukewarm is better than hot.
70 points for cold sake
80 points for lukewarm
I drank it hot, and it was good, but I don't remember much about it. If I were to drink it hot, it would have been better if it were a little more peculiar.
If it was too hot, the acidity would come out too much, so lukewarm or hot was just right.

It has a weak aroma both through the nose and in the mouth, and does not have much umami, but I found myself drinking a lot of sake and getting drunk because I did not get tired of drinking it. I thought it was a good sake, although it did not have any special characteristics that made me drink more sake.
It tasted better when drunk chilled.

The aroma is thin, the taste and aftertaste are sharp.
It might be suitable as a food sake for drinking at home, but my expectations were so high when I heard that it goes well with soy sauce that I thought it would be like this.
I drank it while thinking that it is not good to believe in it, since tastes and expressions differ from person to person.

It was not spectacular. The umami was moderate, and it might have been better if it were heated up, but it was not impressive either cold or at room temperature.
