I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. This time it was "Aroma Gin Dobu" which was very rare! First of all, I drank only the supernatant. What a great taste! It's gassy and full of sweetness and umami 😆. Then I mixed it and drank it as doburoku. I knew it was a stable Sakata Fermentation 😆. It's so good backslash! Gorgeous aroma and gaseous taste and the super flavor of the rice It's an excellent harmony 😂.

Downhill Sake Story Event 3) From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat. It is also good as heated sake. A joint sake brewing song was performed. The song was sung in slightly different tunes at each brewery. It was a nice touch. The symbol of Kobe, the Port Tower🗼, is closed for renovation work.

This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. After a few drinks, it was quite late, so I headed home while eating a golden dharma bento commemorating the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar. The taste is smooth and silky, and while it has a Gunma sake-like quality, it tastes more like a sweet sake derived from brewer's alcohol. There is nothing outstanding about it, but it is a perfect match for ekiben (boxed lunches), with its unobtrusiveness, slight sweetness, and crispness!
