(Sequel) Six people drinking together, no matter how much sake you have, it's never enough (lol), so we rushed to a store selling Kochi sake in the basement of the antenna store to consult with the owner. The friendly owner suggested this one when I told him my budget and preferences. It has a beautiful, cool label, and the taste is light, yet refreshing. Of course, it is perfect for Kochi cuisine👍.

I'm here today for my department's farewell party! We had a beer, 2 mega highballs, and 4 bottles of warm water, and when they were all nicely tinted, we threw in some sake 🍶. I drank it hot, and it had a nice, mild taste of rice with a smooth texture and a nice smooth taste down my throat! It is not too assertive, but in a good way, it is not like a hot sake, and it also promotes the sake and the meal 👍. @Osawa of Sake Rice used is unknown Not fruity at all. It is not light and dry, and has aged well. The taste is a mellow type with a strong umami. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing for a Daiginjo. It is what is called "the sake of sake.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).

Rice used: Akebono from Okayama Prefecture, Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture, Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture This is a new product from a local liquor store. I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake. The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good. Next to Kaiharu, your first Horaizuru Have you ever had this? I thought it was Houraizumi at first 😅. At first I thought it was Houraizumi😅 It seems to be brewed in the basement of an apartment building in Hiroshima city. It's like Nippon Izumi from Gifu. This one was purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery in Edion, Hiroshima. Sake Sho Yamada seems to have a lot of famous brands on display, but this store also seems to have a local sake corner! The liquor department at EDION Namba is also owned by Yamada Sake Brewery, but it's bigger than the one in front of Osaka Sake Brewery. Maybe because of the upcoming Expo 🤔. There are breweries that brew in apartments, like Kamizo and Yuki no Bijin, but they are not underground. Are there other underground breweries? The aroma is promising, with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. Kijoshu Unusual sake. Pierre Hermé ✖️NEXT5 Manufacture Yamamoto The sake that is brewed is Shinsei's Blaxcat 2019. I'm not sure about this sake, but it tasted cleaner and better than I expected.

I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.
