This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.
This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.
This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I bought this at the brewery's direct sales counter on my GW trip to Nagano! I had a great shopping experience with the courteous staff and went home feeling great! The aroma is what you would call "sake" with a hint of alcohol. It also has a grassy nuance. Immediately after taking a sip, there is a pleasant sourness that lasts until the end. Of course there is sweetness, but if anything, it is more umami. The bitterness is gentle at the end. It has a juicy atmosphere with acidity as if it is made from a sake yeast yeast. Kurosawa is a brewery that specializes in making sake from the "nama-hashiroshi," so I was convinced after drinking it that it was made from the "nama-hashiroshi. I was told at the brewery that the sake has an excellent balance of the four tastes of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and this is exactly what it tastes like. It has a good acidity, but it is not showy at all. It is a sake that goes well with any meal, and I am sure I will become a fan of Kurosawa Shuzo after drinking it. This is their regular product, so they are a brewery of extraordinary quality. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), salty yakitori, grilled fresh onions, and omelettes! It goes with everything!

Purchased at a new roadside station in Yachiho Kogen. The brewery is located in the uppermost reaches of the Chikumagawa River. It is aged at a low temperature in an ice cellar and has a high alcohol content. When chilled, it has a mild flavor and spicy acidity, and when lukewarm, it has a spiciness and a sake-like aroma. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed all year round.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.

I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

I look forward to Toyama hiyaoroshi every year 😊. I chose Kurobe Gorge this year as well 😆. This year may be different from previous years⁉️. The aroma is sweet and rummy. The first ooki tree When I hear the word "Yamahai," I have an image of strong acidity. This one, as usual, was characterized by its sharp acidity. The top-tasting aroma has a sense of sake behind the acidity. The mouthfeel is rather light, probably due to the crisp acidity. The flavor is not as strong as it should be. ☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆. It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru. It has a mineral aroma 😳. Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿. The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥. Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose. It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄. It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗. How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩. I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣. Nice Masamune👍
