This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good. First "shellfish" restaurant I've ever been to. Kikuyu with hot sake (it was a little cold and rainy) 🍶. My oldest son's wife is a sake drinker, so it was perfect! This is my first time drinking it! And I don't usually drink it hot, so I don't know what it is, but it's nice 😋. I can feel the acidity. And the aroma comes in fluffy. I guess I was right in heating it up. Don't eat too much, let's go to the next restaurant!
