Here's one for tonight!
My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku".
This is a brand new to me.
The bottle is opened immediately... sweetness and bitterness with a hint of lactic acidity. Then, take a sip... The balance of sweetness and bitterness is very pleasant... The orange label is also understandable... My wife is a big fan of the low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius....
No, it's delicious.

He is a very calm type of Kouei Chrysanthemum.
It is not so fruity or gorgeous, but has a moderate bitterness that makes it sharp.
It seems to go well with a variety of foods.

Last year's sunburst. After almost a year, it still has a healthy acidity and gasiness. Soft sweetness too.
At a nearby Genghis Khan restaurant.
Nigori.
I liked it very much because of its sourness.
Refreshing, light, easy to drink, and goes well with the fat of the meat.

It was fresh and tasty, but the acidity was not that great.
Maybe I usually drink too much sour sake?

The label has a modern feel. The concept is lemon-like aroma and acidity.
It tastes and smells juicy. It is not a clear lemon, but it is fruity and has a rich flavor with a lingering deliciousness.
I am also interested in the sake before it was re-born.
It flows with the aroma of schwarz lemon and a touch of sourness.
A stable, adult lemon squash🍋.
On my way back to Nagasaki, I got off at Hakata and bought it at Sumiyoshi Shuhan 🚄.
It's still one of my favorites that I buy regularly.

First "Yuma" at a neighborhood ramen shop.
I had been curious about it, but regretted putting it off for a while.
Light and fruity, it was delicious!

On my way back from a business trip to Fukuoka, I saw it at Sumiyoshi Shuhan and bought it. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand, but the store recommended it, so I was sure it was the right one. It had been sitting in the fridge for a while, but today I opened a bottle for drinking at home. The label says the rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is low at 13%. Pouring it into a sake cup, we can confirm that it is a light nigori. The first sip gave off a nice effervescent sensation. After that, a strong acidity, umami of rice, and finally a strong bitterness run through. It is good, very good. I would rather drink this sake face to face with a light snack than as a mealtime drink. If I have a chance, I will bring it home again.
In conjunction with La Jomon's 7th anniversary celebration
I decided to open another bottle: ❣️
Tonight.
Junmai sake La Jomon Epoché 🍶.
Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨
Aroma of rice
Unique acidity of white malted rice
It is light on the palate with a delicious acidity.
After swallowing, you will feel a little bit of alcohol.
Bitter and astringent taste like the aftertaste of wine
Dinner
chicken thigh and eggplant with grated radish
and pork cutlet
and pork cutlet, so it washed away the fatty taste
and the drink went down a treat 😊.
Oh! It's not only for greasy food.
It also went well with pickled cucumber 🥒😉👍
Compared to the second day's Takumon koji triple brewed sake
Which one do you prefer?
I think I prefer the koji sanbai masozo sake 🤔.
Both were delicious though 🤗

Sour aroma
Sourness in the mouth....
You can feel the sweetness, but soon the sourness comes rushing in!
The sweetness is felt in the mouth, but the sourness soon comes rushing in!
Hmmm?
The moment when the sourness comes from this rich sweetness.
I wonder what it is 🤔.
I drank Yamazaki's plum wine the day before.
I felt something similar 🤭.
The sourness stands up.
Sweet and sour and refreshing ❣️
It's sour but tasty ♡♡♡.
It's a great drink 😋.

Visited La Jomon without previous information.
I met the owner at the entrance.
Without hesitation, I bought a bottle of Six Nama Sake as recommended by the owner.
The sourness of the wine was gone with a hint of apples.
I will probably go back to buy more.
Purchased on a trip to Kamiaso. It is easy to drink with a light and dry taste like water that is rich like caramel and yet refreshing! It is a "super light and dry" sake with a sake strength of +10, oichiii.
I want to buy it again because I can drink it so easily (laugh).

Clearly does not interfere with cooking

It is aromatic and easy to drink with moderate acidity.
The first sip reveals a gorgeous aroma, a moderate sweetness from the rice, and a tartness that quickly fades, followed by a soft bitterness in the aftertaste.

Sweet and sour~.
Both in aroma and taste.
Mysterious sweet and sour taste spreads.
It's like eating a piece of fruit!
Thanks to the impression that it is easy to drink,
I can drink as much as I want.
I wonder if the cohabitation of sweetness and sourness is exquisite.
