Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. They sell vegetables, so they have a large selection of vegetable-based soft drinks. They mainly have local Shizuoka sake, but they also have a lot of Omuraya sake from the famous Omuraya brewery, which is famous for Wakatake and Onna no Nyokase 🧐 This is the first time I've had anything from this brewery. Today's sake was Oni Otome. I was in the mood for a sweet sake. The flavor was full and spreading. It is delicious 😋. We had it with sashimi, tempura, and meat rolls!

Score ☆☆☆☆ Okushimizu Jungin ❣️ Misato Yukika was new to me: ‼️ I googled it, and it seems to be the name of a white lavender developed in the local town of Misato. This stylish sake is brewed with the flower yeast and Misato Nishiki sake rice, and is full of love for the local area. Perfect for a toast 🍻? It was perfect for a toast 🎶. It's been a while since I drank outside lol What a surprise! Chichi Haruei came all the way to Akita✨ Eririn also joined us from the next prefecture. Thank you both so much 😊. We finally met Chichi and shook hands 🤝 and had a toast 🍻! The first meeting was at the Sakena Navi where you can drink sake from all the breweries in Akita prefecture. Even though I live in Akita, I don't see this sake very often. It is a delicious sake with a refreshing, sweet and fruity taste. It is made with lavender yeast, which is extracted from the rare white lavenders that grow in Misato-machi, Akita. Anyway, it is delicious.

Birthday gift alcohol, Part 2 It's called Sake no Wawa 50 check in. Ibaraki sake that Manachie hasn't had yet😊. It's clear, light, a little bitter and has quite a bit of sake feel to it. A little graininess. It is good to drink with soda or on the rocks. The more you drink red rice or ancient rice sake, the more you realize the greatness of Ine Mangaka 🤔.

I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good. The bitterness is getting much stronger. I think I would prefer the more stable fire-roasted version.

Purchased at Mikiya, a direct sales store near Umeichirin Sake Brewery. They sell Ume-Ichirin sake, sake cups, and other goods, but they also sell boxed lunches and other items, just like a convenience store. I bought this one, which had a pop-up sign saying it was the most popular. I found out about this place at a bar in Matsumoto the other day, and since it is a sake brewery in Kujukuri, I went there since it was the GW season and Kangiku was close by. The back of Cheeba-kun's head. Umeichirin Sake Brewery is doing quite well for a local sake and is expanding nationwide. I heard from another nearby sake brewery (Moriya Sake Brewery) that they are expanding their business nationwide.

Kansai Sake-new year party ㉔ After a short cab ride, we went to Chuin-san, familiar to us from Aladdin-san's post. Inokashira, a sake I had never heard of until now😅. The rice used is Hitogokochi. I think it was fresh, fruity and gently sweet 🤔.

It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Shizuoka Sake Tour. Gotemba's Kinmei Ryotama Junmai Ginjo, alc.16%. When served in the refrigerator, it has a subtle cider-like aroma. The aroma does not change much in the mouth, and after the alcohol and weak acidity, the umami of rice comes easily. The aftertaste is stimulated by alcohol, but it is not an unpleasant attack, but rather a strange numbing sensation and heat. There is no significant change even when the temperature is set to room temperature. Should we wait a few days? Two days later, the alcoholic stimulation has disappeared, and the umami of the rice has become noticeably mellower. The aroma is still cider-like, so the overall impression is that it is a cross between sake and mead. This is good.

I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... I think it has a lot of rice flavor 🤔.

Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. The second half is delicious with a solid volume from the alcohol 😋.
