We immediately had the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery, which we always appreciate!
Fresh, slightly effervescent, food-inspiring acidity, and a sharpness that resets the palate after serving with a meal!
Delicious!

I always make it with Ryuji's croquettes.
with croquettes. 😍
R2BY once-fired 3 years old. 😍
Nutty and almondy,
Bittersweet and flavorful, just like an aged sake.
It's like an aged sake. 😂

When cold, it's clean and dry, and when warmed from room temperature to lukewarm, it has a full-bodied, faintly sweet taste.
I felt it was a great workmanship.
I felt it was a great product. I found it to be the best when warmed up to lukewarm.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😄.
As the label suggests, it is a representative brand of "Kitano-Nishiki".
It was featured in the movie "The Railroad Man" starring Ken Takakura, and is the oldest brand of Kobayashi Shuzo, which has lived together with the coal mines of Sorachi. This is a honjozo with an emphasis on flavor.

The last is Kitano Nishiki from Yubari, Hokkaido, Japan, which is rare. ❤️ It may or may not have a melon flavor.

One of the best tasting drinks at the long-established festival. The best.
At Aomoriya, Ikebukuro
13 degrees Nomiyasui, but you can also enjoy its robust flavor as you drink more of it.

Flavor: Apple
The color is almost transparent, and the head aroma is soft and raw.
On the attack, the sweetness and umami of the rice smoothly passes through the nose, followed by an apple-like lingering aroma.
The bitterness that lingers at the end is not heavy at all, but it is still very tight.
Although the alcohol content is 13%, you can enjoy the sweetness and umami of the rice and drink it easily without getting tired of drinking it 😆.
On the second day, there is no particular change in texture as the sake is still stable as a fire-brewed sake.
It is still an excellent food sake and goes well with teriyaki yellowtail and canned mackerel!
Delicious!" but more like "Oh, it's so good!"...lol
The last additional drink in the Holy Land
Actually, this one was the most surprising.
Daiginjo-strength sake
The world is a scary place!

Amanoto. There was something about the taste that was more robust than normal.

There were so many things I wanted to drink, I was lost and confused.
The aroma is light.
Smooth and smooth.
The aroma of rice is soft and pleasant.
It has a clean and pure taste.
The taste of rice is firm and mellow.
It is pure, sweet, and charming with low acidity.
Maruyu
Peachy fruit aroma with a burnt bitterness and a dry finish. It is truly a maiden's tear. When combined with food, it has a gentle sweetness.

#Grandfather's Drink
The jacket and name of this sake might lead one to expect it to be spicy and lacking in flavor, but that is exactly what Shizuoka sake is like.
It has just the right amount of umami, the aroma doesn't interfere with the food, and the aftertaste is just the right amount of spiciness for a great balance.
The jacket makes it look like a cheap shot, but it's not.
OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑩
I spend quite a lot of tickets at the Yomiuri Shimbun booth. They begin to realize that expensive sake can be drunk here for 200 yen.
Chiyonokame Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. was supported by Kubo Kogyo Corporation, a tree construction company, in 1995, and management rights were transferred to the company.
The long-aged frozen sake [Ginga Tetsudo] was made by this brewery😳I had had that one in the past, and it was very expensive, but I got the impression that it had a big impact.
Chiyonokame Hime-shu.
The description said it was fruity and slightly sweet. Unfortunately, it wasn't very cold, and I thought it might have been better if it had been cooler, as it had a sweet and refreshing impact.
Ehime Sakurahime Yeast", an original floral yeast for sake, was newly developed through an industry-academia-government collaboration.
It was also delicious, and I really like the label 💕.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑥
Moved to the Yomiuri Shimbun booth. They had a collection of sake from breweries all over Japan. There were many sakes that I had never heard of 😳.
Chiyonokame is a sake brewery that is a member of the Meimon Sake Association, but is rarely seen. (The name has now been changed to Chiyonokame Sake Brewery.
Here is another sake using Sakurahime yeast!
Polishing ratio 45%.
Ehizake is a word for Ehime sake and is a registered trademark of this brewery.
I think it was sweeter and more to my liking than the rabbit ballerina I just had. I forgot to take notes💦.
You can't buy it at this booth, but I checked and it's priced at 3300 yen for a 4-pack.

This is the first of three different types of Wakataro. It's a different one from the one I bought in a packet, but it's surely tasty too.

Clear mouthfeel.
Fresh and clear enough not to be outstandingly watery.
The sweetness is gentle, and the acidity seems to blend in softly.
The rice flavor is accompanied by a slight graininess.
The sake is much more crisp and clean than it appears on the label.
Supple and refreshing.
Good.
The raw ankimo sashimi was rich, creamy, plump, and tender-sweet.
It was delicious.
I recommend anyone who sees it to try it.

Finished work early 🤗
I'm going to have lunch with my friends...
It's a warm and sunny day in Sendai. ☀️
We went to a restaurant with a nice terrace.
I visited a restaurant with a nice terrace 😁.
I'm having steamed oysters 🦪🦪 and this is what I'm having 😆.
I can feel the honey, but the spiciness spreads afterwards.
It's a very strange taste.
But it's delicious. The steamed oysters are big and great 🎉🎉.
The one I drank at a sake party bound for female toji.

Junmai Daiginjo Kura no Nenrin, 180th anniversary sake. Rare Kinmon-Nishiki is used. It is sharp and dry, with a moderate acidity. It claims to have a muscat aroma, but I couldn't quite detect it.

Sake souvenir given to me by someone who went to the Niigata Sake-no-Taiwan. The label is cute!
The taste is quite sour and robust, but the aftertaste is gorgeous and I felt spring in my heart.
