Thank you for the gift from my niece.
When I opened the bottle, it had a young wave-like aroma, a clean sweetness, and tasted like a white wine.
It was very good with stewed tomatoes.

Purchased my first sake at my first visit to a liquor store.
Kuwano Shoten in Higashisumiyoshi Ward.
I guess Komakawanakano station or Hari-nakano station is the nearest station.
The area is a little far from the station, with old stores and the ruins of stores lining the narrow alleys.
The area where the Tanimachi Line runs through was the site of the Nankai Plain Line, so I wonder if it was like a shopping area that developed from there.
It looks like there used to be a station called Nakano.
I don't know if the brands handled by the distributors or the wholesalers are spot deliveries, but Sanzenmori, Kaiun, Kurumasaka, Hatsuson, Yamahoshi, etc.
I don't know if it was a distributor or a spot shipment from a wholesaler, but they carried brands like Sanzenmori, Kaiun, Kurumazaka, Hatsuson, Yamaboshi, etc. I don't know if they put them on their social networking sites, so I won't mention them here.
It has a gorgeous aroma but also a little bit of a unique flavor that you don't get much else. It has a gorgeous aroma, but it also has a unique flavor that is not found anywhere else. It seems to be easy to match with meals.
This is the aged taste! Aroma! Perhaps.
Very sweet. There is a freshness to it that is not typical of sake.
And yet it has the flavor of rice.
It is the kind of sake that you want to enjoy carefully, little by little.

Fruity taste, puffy and slightly peculiar. Has a slightly astringent taste as it passes through the esophagus. Goes well with sweetness. I feel that kakuni is the perfect pairing.
Polishing ratio 45%, Sake degree +6, Acidity 1.3

Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a business trip to Oki Island.
The aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is refreshing.
The taste of rice comes through gradually later.
Although dry, it is a gentle sake that evokes the spring scenery of the island.
We enjoyed it with rice cooked with white clams, a Japanese-style chicken hamburger steak, and fried tofu.
Purchased at Okayama Prefecture Product Fair
You can taste the rice flavor quite well, so it feels like you are eating rice.
Taste: firm rice flavor
Aroma: Slightly rice aroma
Return aroma: Slightly rice aroma
Goes well with snacks such as meat with a strong flavor (good with horse sashimi)

A delicious sake with a fruity daiginjo flavor that also soaks in easily. 8.5
It is fruity (banana, melon style) and tasted refreshing. It is said to be the "ultimate summer sake" by "the ultimate food sake."
Japanese>English
I didn't know what you meant by fruity like banana or melon, but after drinking this, I understand!
It's a food wine that seems to go with everything (I had it with sushi)! (I had it with sushi)
Purchased on a trip to Kamiaso. It is easy to drink with a light and dry taste like water that is rich like caramel and yet refreshing! It is a "super light and dry" sake with a sake strength of +10, oichiii.
I want to buy it again because I can drink it so easily (laugh).

The standing aroma is faintly apple + banana. The beautiful umami flavor flows smoothly and crisply, and the apple aroma passes through to the nose.
It has a dignified impression with a solid core rather than florid.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Souvenir.
