I'm a repeat buyer of "Shizen-go Sawayaka". It's still delicious! I really respect Oki Daikichi Honten. So in the afternoon, we went touring on a motorcycle. The destination was, of course... Today is a holiday. The weather is nice, so we went out for drinking (in the garden). I bought a bottle of Shizen-go Sawayaka at the liquor store! The price of a bottle of Shizen-Go is 2200 yen! I also picked up a 500 yen bottle of tuna off the inside at the supermarket, and we're going to drink it while admiring the dandelions! The taste is fruity, like the Shizenkou we drank the other day, but with a clean and slightly dry taste. It goes well with meals, and I would call it a fainting spell. Considering its cost performance, this may be the best!

My Best Sake 🍶 since I first drank it a few years ago. Muscat, green apple 🍏. Mellow and the acidity bounces off the tongue. It's smooth, sweet and umami, and doesn't need any side dishes or accompaniments. Refreshing and fresh. This one bottle is just the kind of flavor that makes one's heart dance. It is perfect to drink on a nice, sunny day. It goes well with a party with friends. I'm going with this one! This is the sake that will make you make such a decision. Hodenasu is a dialect word, It's not really suitable as a gift, It's not really suitable for a gift, but it's a recommended sake that tastes so good that it becomes a hodenasu. LOL! It was a lot in November 2024, It's ok👍It's a good one, but I'm not sure if it's suitable as a gift or not. it's ok👍

It's out again this year! Hode Nasu! It's a tag-team sake from Kadoden Brewery, which is also known as a metamorphosis of rice, and Hagino Brewery, which is known as one of the best sweet and sour brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. While the heady aroma is modest, the tangy gassiness gives the sake a strong umami presence. The sweetness and acidity typical of Hagino Brewery are also present. It is covered with lees and is very satisfying to drink! It is a dangerous sake with a sharpness that makes it easy to drink. Please don't abuse it. The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.
This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.
This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

It's been a while since I've had a normal Akagisan! I love the refreshing taste of summer, but the crisp and dry taste during the cold winter months is also very refreshing and special ✨. At home. The second item of the sake tasting party. Wakayama Rashomon. I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma like Raifuku, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice strongly in your mouth, and it has a clear and light taste, so you can go as much as you want.

Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.

@Osawa of Sake Rice used is unknown Not fruity at all. It is not light and dry, and has aged well. The taste is a mellow type with a strong umami. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing for a Daiginjo. It is what is called "the sake of sake.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).
