This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.
This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.
This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I bought this at the brewery's direct sales counter on my GW trip to Nagano! I had a great shopping experience with the courteous staff and went home feeling great! The aroma is what you would call "sake" with a hint of alcohol. It also has a grassy nuance. Immediately after taking a sip, there is a pleasant sourness that lasts until the end. Of course there is sweetness, but if anything, it is more umami. The bitterness is gentle at the end. It has a juicy atmosphere with acidity as if it is made from a sake yeast yeast. Kurosawa is a brewery that specializes in making sake from the "nama-hashiroshi," so I was convinced after drinking it that it was made from the "nama-hashiroshi. I was told at the brewery that the sake has an excellent balance of the four tastes of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and this is exactly what it tastes like. It has a good acidity, but it is not showy at all. It is a sake that goes well with any meal, and I am sure I will become a fan of Kurosawa Shuzo after drinking it. This is their regular product, so they are a brewery of extraordinary quality. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), salty yakitori, grilled fresh onions, and omelettes! It goes with everything!

Purchased at a new roadside station in Yachiho Kogen. The brewery is located in the uppermost reaches of the Chikumagawa River. It is aged at a low temperature in an ice cellar and has a high alcohol content. When chilled, it has a mild flavor and spicy acidity, and when lukewarm, it has a spiciness and a sake-like aroma. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed all year round.

Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. They sell vegetables, so they have a large selection of vegetable-based soft drinks. They mainly have local Shizuoka sake, but they also have a lot of Omuraya sake from the famous Omuraya brewery, which is famous for Wakatake and Onna no Nyokase 🧐 This is the first time I've had anything from this brewery. Today's sake was Oni Otome. I was in the mood for a sweet sake. The flavor was full and spreading. It is delicious 😋. We had it with sashimi, tempura, and meat rolls!

This stylish sake is brewed with the flower yeast and Misato Nishiki sake rice, and is full of love for the local area. Perfect for a toast 🍻? It was perfect for a toast 🎶. It's been a while since I drank outside lol What a surprise! Chichi Haruei came all the way to Akita✨ Eririn also joined us from the next prefecture. Thank you both so much 😊. We finally met Chichi and shook hands 🤝 and had a toast 🍻! The first meeting was at the Sakena Navi where you can drink sake from all the breweries in Akita prefecture. It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. It's a dark, strong tasting sake that goes well with meat 👍️. I forgot to take a picture but the char-grilled chicken sold as a set is really hard 🤣. I have only a calendar day off, but I work on Saturday even though it's the first day of GW. I opened 3 bottles in a flash 👍️.

It is Junmai Daiginjo from Ajigasawa 🍶. I remember hearing from the brewer that Ajigasawa is a wholesaler's PB... 🤔. The first aroma is a faint sweet aroma of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight astringency. It is a little bit hard. The proprietress said the special junmai from the same Ajigasawa was delicious 🙄.

I can't be adventurous when drinking at home because the portions are so large, but when I drink outside, I can be adventurous even if it doesn't suit my tastes! There was an interesting kisai called "Tokusen Junmai Aged Nama Sake" (special junmai aged sake)! It is said to be aged in ice temperature. I don't know about the mellow acidity, but I think I understand the expression "clear umami"! 4.5 points I was surprised at the sweetness of this wine when I first started drinking it, but as I got used to it, the sweetness became more pleasant! I don't know if I'm getting used to it or getting drunk! LOL! But it's good!

Kumamoto's local sake, Sanzanmura Slightly sweet ginjo aroma A light, sweet mouthfeel with a soft acidity. Like drinking fresh green apple juice I drank too much and my memory is fuzzy I'm not even sure of the notes I wrote at the time😅. Anyway, it's delicious! Sake brewed with sake rice grown by a pesticide-free method called "Koi Farming" in Sanzan Village! Using the carp farming method, carp are released into the rice paddies 🌾🌾 to get rid of pests. A few years ago, I drank Manbo from Kumamoto Kameman Shuzo, which was a sake made using the duck farming method🦆! There are many people in Kumamoto who practice natural farming methods 🫶.

I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake? I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.
