Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. It's a dark, strong tasting sake that goes well with meat 👍️. I forgot to take a picture but the char-grilled chicken sold as a set is really hard 🤣. I have only a calendar day off, but I work on Saturday even though it's the first day of GW. I opened 3 bottles in a flash 👍️.

Private brand of Fujimura Sake Brewery in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture The sake is named after a local poet and the owner of the brewery. Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.

Misato Nishiki was developed? ◉ Oku Shimizu Junmai Ginjo Misato Yukika Uses lavender yeast collected and cultivated from white lavender. It is light and easy to drink with a delicious acidity. The soft brewing water is from "Smile Shimizu" located on the premises, one of the Rokugo springs selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. There is also the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Horinoi in Iwate Prefecture, the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Tohokuizumi in Yamagata Prefecture, and the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Shochu Hakugaku, and the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Choryo was renamed to Aoi Shuzo.

My wife bought this one, but I am ashamed to say that I had never heard of this brand (sorry). I drank a little bit every day and enjoyed the change in taste, but it became mellower and calmer day by day. It has a sharp and crisp flavor. Mmmm, yummy! I have no choice but to make a peperoncino with mancini linguine, small shrimp, mussels, and fresh local tomatoes and match it! (I don't know what that means!) Mmmm...!
