@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

Tamura's Ginga Ginga was purchased at a social event with breweries from the three prefectures of Tokyo held at the Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan on the 26th. It has a full-bodied aroma like mushrooms. The taste also has a savory richness and flavor like mushrooms and nuts. The day's tasting included about 30 different types of sake from Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture. Moreover, Rui Yoshida showed up as a surprise and it was a really fun event. I bought a bottle of Tamura because of its taste and the fact that it is difficult to purchase in general, but I found that all the sake breweries were delicious and made with conviction, which made me more and more interested in sake from Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture.

First "shellfish" restaurant I've ever been to. Kikuyu with hot sake (it was a little cold and rainy) 🍶. My oldest son's wife is a sake drinker, so it was perfect! This is my first time drinking it! Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

Went to a sake brewery in Yamaguchi last month and bought it. (Thank you kindly even though I went there almost out of the blue 🙇 ) Bought this year's freshly made, but it's been a while (not that freshly made doesn't taste great) SANTOUKAI Junmai Ginjo 100% Yamadanishiki Soft with a hint of acidity. Because it's a cold sake, it's clear and refreshing. It is quite gentle. Slightly sweet It doesn't interfere with your meal. The atmosphere of the brewery and the people who helped me were unpretentious without being overbearing (my own image 😁), but the sake also seems to be a little similar 😆 (my imagination 😝)
