It has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries, as is typical of sake with red yeast, but the gas is so strong that it tastes like carbonated juice without soda! It's like a carbonated juice without soda! There are still some red yeast sake that I don't know about, I'll have to look into it more!

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

Faint golden color with a grain aroma. Bitter, astringent, and acidic tastes overlap each other. If you expect the fruity and sweetness of a typical Junmai Daiginjo, you are way off. I drank it cold, but I might try warming it up. The Nishijin textile label is cool❗️.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

I took home a sake that I remembered as being delicious when I received it at the restaurant. The label is a very unusual one. I heard that a woman is the master brewer of this sake brewery. It is a sake that goes well with meals! Is it umakuchi or umami? It is hard to describe, but the acidity at the end makes it refreshing. 1,650 yen (tax included)

This is my first time to drink Akushika Okushika! @sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.
