Sweet, delicious, and rich sake brewed with Jusui, the fresh gasiness of the sake directly pumped from the tank 🫧, and the punch of unfiltered raw sake 🤜! It's been a long time since I've had my mind blown! This is a drunken sake 🥰. I bought it at Takatsu Sake Shop in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture! The appearance is pale yellow in color. A gaseous feeling with bubbles floating in the sake cup. The aroma is sweet, glossy and fresh. Sweet aromas of well ripened banana and melon-like weight. And yet, it contains a refreshingly cool sense of selfeil. The rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. The mouthfeel is smooth with a gentle stimulation of lively gasiness. The palate is a rush of pleasantly intoxicating sweetness that overflows with fruity notes. The fresh acidity balances the fruity sweetness. While the fresh, bouncy, rich flavor is overwhelming, the rich umami of the rice flows with the sweetness, and the gasiness and acidity are light. The nose has a sweet, rich nuance with a slight hint of nail polish that gives it a cool impression. There is also a sense of umami core with a freshness. There is also a bitter tightness from the last part of the bottle, and the sharpness is not bad. The lingering aftertaste is long. Deliciousness that makes you grin and smile. ☺️ Well, I was a bit impressed after a long time 😳 I want to spread this kind of sake!

#Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. This one on the right is a rare limited edition sake made from Junmai white malted rice. I was wondering whether to buy it or not after tasting it at my favorite liquor store, when I was offered it because there were only a few bottles left. I don't like the taste of "Hyakudanbara" itself because it has a strong habit, but this sake made with white malted rice has a complex and unique flavor. It is one of the most difficult sakes to decide when to buy because the taste is affected by the quality of the rice of the year.

I bought it at a sake brewery when I visited Kurashiki at the end of September. I did not know that there was a sake brewery in the Bikan Historical Quarter, so I was led into the store. I was asked about my taste in sake, and this is what was recommended to me. The aroma spread from the moment the sake was poured into the cup, the taste was full and thick with rice flavor, and the dry sake disappeared quickly and easily. The 500mL bottle size can be consumed in one sitting, which is just the right size for a sake that changes its flavor as time goes by.

My first Ehime sake! 🍊 The company remembered that I told them I had yet to try Ehime sake, so they bought some for me 😭(I'm so glad). They said it goes well with fish, so we got some sushi and had dinner 🍣. Looking at the chart of Sake-no-wa, I thought it wouldn't be too palatable, but sure enough, I don't think I like the taste very much. It has a clear, refreshing taste with almost no off-flavors, but the umami flavor slowly spreads in the aftertaste. It is dry.... It certainly goes well with fish. It's not my favorite, but I was so surprised that he bought it for me that I was able to work warmly all day today.
