All Gunma Maifu Drinking Set. This time it's Tonenishiki from Nagai Honke in Numata. I've been a customer here for a long time. The color is pale yellow. The original aroma of the rice stands out. It has a rich taste with a sense of maturity. It has the richness that is typical of pure rice, and has a relatively classic taste.

Good evening, it's Shamrock, a parallel world from Manazuru in our first series ☘️☘️☘️. Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗. I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.

It was the month before last, but I finally landed in Kyushu for the first time. I drank "Tenshin Tokujun" at an izakaya I went to alone as soon as I arrived, and it was delicious. ‼️ I met up with my friends from Hokkaido a few hours later and had another drink! Kyushu Kiku! The label makes you feel like you're in Kyushu 😊It's a little classical, light and spicy, and it makes you want to eat more 😋The "Nuka-daki", which is fish cooked with rice bran, is also good 👍. I liked the Gundam Base that opened at New Chitose Airport before landing in Kyushu.

I went to Penguin Village, which I had always been curious about. The sign says Kikusui, but I was surprised to find a variety of good sake! The food is delicious and reasonably priced! The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is fun to drink while receiving souvenirs from customers. Nice! Sake is not on the menu, but rather selected from the fridge. Good! Junmai Namaizume Harazake from Jange! It has a clean, dry taste with a strong umami flavor, and is easy to drink even at the high alcohol content of the original sake! It goes well with sashimi, but also with satsuma-age (fried fish cake), a souvenir of Shizuoka, from an old man who was drinking at the counter!

I recently went to my favorite liquor store and bought a rare out-of-prefecture sake! I bought it at a liquor store I go to recently because it was from outside the prefecture. Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice More modern label than the Nihonshin I drank at home 😁. It's gorgeous, but I felt it's more sake-like... The label is also modern and written in English, so I wonder if it's for export?

This one, like the Ko-Imari, was purchased when I was with Yoohee-san. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. It has a melon-like taste and a strong bitter taste like bitter melon. I thought it would be a little sweeter, but it is quite spicy. It is more like melon or cemedine. It is not my favorite type of rice.

This will be the last sake I drank at Fukuzo. For those of you who think "How much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity.
