I went to Yokoshiba on business and stopped by. Room temperature: Soft in the mouth, with a rich bitterness and umami before the aroma. When you finish it, the spiciness comes and the sweetness remains on your tongue. Chilled: A faint aroma and sourness in the mouth. As it rolls around in the mouth, the umami flavor rolls over the tongue, and the full-bodied flavor quickly disappears. It has been a while since I have encountered this type of sake, but it is addictive 👅 I would like to drop by the brewery again, as it is not widely distributed.

First drink 🔰. The owner served this sake at a high school alumni gathering. It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied aroma and a mellow sweetness, yet it has an acidity that makes it crisp and clean. Since it was a group of drinkers, I found myself emptying a bottle after just two drinks. 🤣 I would have liked to drink more 😃. ★★★★☆

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The commemorative drink is the first local brand in my life 🍶🤣. Shinmasa? What's that - ́ὼ)? I chose a very minor sake with a feeling of 😁. Do you know Fukunotomo Sake Brewery? It is not in the ranking of Sake-no-wa. But I know they have quite a variety in their fridge at Yamaya in Akita. I've been wondering about it for a while... but this is the right time🤣. Oh, the third picture is from a seafood bowl restaurant in Iwaki, Fukushima, on my way back from a Disney drive 🚗 ❣️ It was cheap and delicious (*´﹃`*) This level of kaisendon for about 1500 yen is awesome👏✨. Now, let's see what you think of the sake. Sake made from Gohyakumangoku with Akita Yukiguni yeast 🍶. Fresh and gorgeous aroma gently wafts through the nose 😆. The sweetness and umami will fill your mouth with a sizzling sensation ‾❣️ But it also has a clear and refreshing sharpness👍. A little bit of lingering sweetness. What the heck 💦. This is better than I thought it would be 😋. Maybe it's because my expectations were low lol I've seen a few reviews on Sake-no-wa and they're pretty high 🤗. The mouthfeel is rich and sweet with a pronounced flavor, and the fine and impressive aftertaste is more ❣️🤣 than I expected. You should all try it too 🙂. I bet you can buy it in Akita🐸 lol

Sake brewed by Akita Fukunotomo Sake Brewery. We even found a sake kawashi. Harusagi" is a luxurious junmai ginjo dry nigori sake. It has a thick texture and a fresh, full-bodied rice flavor that accentuates the character of seasonal dishes. It is a tantalizing taste that makes both food and sake go down a treat. Sake Brewer : Fukunotomo Shuzo K.K. (Daisen City) Alcohol content: 16%. Rice Source : Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +4.0 Acidity : 1.1 Amino Acid : 1.5 Price : 720ml 1,815 yen (tax included) (My impression after drinking it) It is a solid nigori sake. Although it is a junmai ginjo, there is no ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a bit of a buzz on your tongue and taste a fruity flavor. It tastes like grapefruit and is clean and crisp. The moderate acidity lingers in the throat for a long time.

Umakuchi type, 100% rice used Hitogokochi Polishing ratio 59% Alcohol 16 Sake degree 5, acidity 2.0, rich and dry, amino acid 1.6 Yeast: Association No. 701 It has a slightly carbonated, lactic acid aroma, a light young banana aroma, and a crisp, dry taste with the umami of rice. It goes well with cheese and miso when served cold. When it is heated, the umami of rice increases and it becomes more crisp and spicy, It would go well with sweet and spicy braised chicken wings or sukiyaki.

Amber colored sake 🍶. This sake had a strong (heavy) flavor. It also has a sweetness, but the bitter taste comes in the aftertaste. I think it's delicious, but if you like refreshing sake, it might not be for you.

Organic rice x co-fired yeast x no yeast added, thank goodness 🙏. The mirin-like sweetness and the graininess of the rice are irresistible. The golden rice field scenery in front of me. And it goes so well with white rice! Especially great with ochazuke! 😁 When heated, the taste is more rounded and gentle. This one goes directly to the sake brewery, I went directly to the brewery and said, "I heard the podcast "Shinnami Tamimu"! I was talking to the president of the brewery, who came out from the back of the brewery, I told him about "dobu-jiru", a soup of anglerfish that can only be eaten in Oarai, He made a reservation at a nearby restaurant 😂. Thanks to him, it was a drink I will never forget 😊.

The next stop was the Tachibanagura Sake Brewery. The fourth photo shows an accommodation on the premises. The fourth photo shows the accommodation on the premises, which the proprietress says is operated by a different company. I bought a bottle of Mujinzou unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with Saku's Hitogokochi. It has a nice aroma and a dry taste. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. But it was easy to drink and delicious.
