It's been a little while since the beginning of the year, but we had a New Year's party at the Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024🤗⑭. The last sake was Tatenogawa. It is extremely soft on the palate and sinks in as soon as you take a sip. The sweet, clear, refreshing taste is enchanting. I left after the first meeting, but everyone went to the second party🐾. Thank you to the master of Kurata Shoten and the members of the Kenmin Kai for a great time 🥹I'm looking forward to the next one 🤭 Tochigi love 🩷 as soon as it's over!

We had a seat change time earlier and I was in the center of 4 ladies. Bousuke 😳Seeing this, the master served us a drink: 💁🏻‍♀️Gonin Musume Mr. Bousuke is in a harem state 🤣. Please check out Tsubu-chan's review of Ona 🤭. When I had another Gonin Musume warmed up before, it stood out with a milky feeling like warmed spuds, but this one...at 13 degrees al, it has a soft mouthfeel and a rich graininess that reminds me of a fertile land. Dusty with a calm taste with a hint of acidity from the raw yeast yeast 🤤.

I heard that it was built with the number "3" in mind. The fruity ginjo aroma, soft mouthfeel, and clear taste were as expected of a Junmai Daiginjo 😋 with a mellow umami, sweet, and refreshing taste that easily slides down the throat.

And NANO happi! I'm so happy that everyone praised my work so much that it was worth the effort. Thank you all (-∞∞∞-)⁾ᵖᵉᵏᵒ Tsubu-chan, Kotori-san, Jay & Nobby-san, thank you for the sales lol. Let's put the operating profit on the cost when we sell it lol lol. That's all because of your love for Tochigi and Higu! Are you listening, Mr. Higu? I have something you want. I have so many things. And I love Shinsei! And it's purple Yatagami! I've never seen it before! No way, no way, a special gift from the teacher. I'm so excited !!!!!!!!!! (ºㅁº)! I was able to share it with the other members of the group. The bottle was a courtesy. Sorry, we got it ♡♡♡♡! I'm so happy! I heard it is one of the sweetest among Shinsei's products. It has a smooth texture on the palate with an immediate sweet lemon-like acidity. It is delicious no matter where you go. Please check out the reviews by Kotori and the others... It was a really fun and wonderful prefect meeting! I already can't wait for the next one.

It's been a little while since the beginning of the year, but we had a New Year's party at the Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024🤗⑨. We were conscious of the map painting, but we were also interested in the taste of more matured sake, so we brought it to the party: 💁🏻‍♀️ I was afraid to try it, but I wondered if it would be suitable for everyone's palate at 18.5 degrees. It has an aged aroma with a hint of sweet acidity. It has a soft mouthfeel, a moist and thick sweetness, and at the same time, a sense of umami and richness, with an accent of acidity behind the soft cocoa. It was so delicious that it made me want to ask for another glass 🤤.... It was so easy to drink that I was relieved to be able to drink it while talking about how much I enjoyed it 🤣. I'm glad we could make it to Tokushima while sharing it with the members of the Kenmin-kai. ✌🏻

It's been a little while since the beginning of the year, but we had a New Year's party at Tochigi Kenmin Kai 2024🤗⑧. The master prepared this party for us 🥹 Thank you very much.... With the lingering taste of the brew... a wave of excitement once again! We're splitting 365ml between 11 of us! That's about 2 tablespoons per person! Be careful! And, wai wai 🤣! I'm not sure if it's a re-finish kijoshu or what. I wonder what it is...it tastes like a refreshing honey, with ripe citrus and lemon-like acidity. The finishing touch was a semi-forced event by Nanoha-san, who responded to everyone's requests. Nanoha-san gave us a semi-forced sip 🤣👏🏻 Nanoha-san, who loves ✨Niimasa✨, seemed very happy to receive a bottle 🥰. We're glad she was able to add to her collection 😉.

Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024 Spring 5 A bottle brought out by a teacher from the holy place Kurata 😊We were delighted! It was a re-finished kijo-zake made with more kijo-zake 🥹It was like a secret sake! I had a little bit of it and it was delicious with a hidden acidity in the rich sweetness 😋Tabun And as I'm sure many of you have already seen, Tsubu-chan has already uploaded a picture of Nanoha's handmade happi coat ‼️ which we named "Nanoha's happi" 😆 Isn't it amazing 😳? She showed us her handwriting skills when she participated in the first Kenmin-kai, but this was handwritten, too amazing 🥹. The names of Tochigi Prefecture's famous sake are written in one stroke without any drafts, and the snowman is also written in a cute way 🤗. I'm planning to sell this with J&N trainers as a bundle 💸. We also had a variety of other drinks, but I can't write them all down, so here's a summary of my impressions! Everything was delicious 😚. At this point, we parted ways with Mr. Posuke, Mr. Yukigetsu Hana Hoshi, Mr. Piro, and Mr. Kotori, and the rest of the members headed to the after-party 😄.

Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024 Spring 4 This day's special ‼️ The power of all of you overflowing with Tochigi love🥰 gets stronger with each successive Prefectural Meeting, and the accumulated love ❤️ brought about one🥹. Yes, it's "brew" 🤗. This one must be divided equally among the 11 of us, no matter what the size! The teacher even went to the trouble of bringing a scale 😆. Nobby, who was assigned to pour the sake into the cups with trembling hands 😊Then, when it came to me, I had to resist the temptation to accidentally slip and pour more into my own cup 🙄 I had to be careful as I passed the sake around 😐. After the nervous spinning was finished, we all enjoyed it together 🥂. Yes, this is ‼️ delicate and rich, yet complex and simple😊. I'm afraid I'm the only one to describe it 😅[Yamadanishiki], [Kamenoo] and [Omachi] are all mixed together to create a wonderful taste like a fusion of Kenmin-kai 🥹. Can you feel it...in short...it's really good 😋! It was a memorable drink 😌. Extra As I mentioned before, below right is the list of recommendations after the post of the Kenmin-kai! I guess my love for Tochigi got the better of me 😳 Kashiwamori and Juichi-Masamune are the only ones I haven't tried yet 😆. Great job Tochigi love 🥰!

Here, Jay & Nobby gave us a gift of Yamori 🦎, which is (probably) not available in Tochigi's sake stores, and it's also limited! 👏🏻 We had a lot of fun and wanted to try YAMORI ‼︎ We poured carefully the amount of sake in each bottle...about this much? Too much! and we all got so excited 🤣. It had a sweet ginjo aroma and a medium to slightly sweet taste. It had a clear, crisp, refreshing sweetness and delicious aftertaste 😙. The second one. It was before the New Year's party, but it was also a consolation party for Higu-san, who was selected to represent Tochigi prefecture in the National Sake Tasting Championship 👏🏻 Aside from his ranking, thank you very much for your hard work! I couldn't tell because I was seated too far from Higu, but I wore my Bishu Kingdom Akita T-shirt 🙀🙂 I want one too 🙂. I want one too 🙄. The 3rd and 4th pictures! Nanoha-san used a brush to make these hand-painted happi coats. 👏🏻 They look so professional 😳! Tsubu-chan was kind enough to try it on for us as a representative 📸Ph!

Tochigi Kenmin-kai 2024 Spring 3) Kotori-san brought this bottle after seeing the sake history of Tochigi Kenmin-kai members and knowing that Tokushima Prefecture was not yet filled by any member 🤗. When he brought it in, he was worried about whether it would be okay because it was high in alcohol content and dry, but his fears were unfounded and it was a big hit with everyone 😚. It has a full-bodied flavor and a hint of sweetness that makes it hard to believe it's dry, yet it's very easy to drink 🤤It's a dangerous sake if you don't know it's 18 degrees ⚠️ I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a drink that's not too dry, but it's a good idea to have a drink that's not too dry! I was excited for a moment that Tokyo and Tokushima were filled at once, but then I looked closer and saw that Miyazaki was still there 😅Good luck with one more 👋 We were also happy to get the second round of Tokushima sake, which wasn't filled 👍. By the way, we were joined by a new member of the Kenmin-kai, Mr. 😆Setsugetsuka Hoshi, who was caught by the J&N Sake no Wa spies 🤗. He is a father of two children and has a deep knowledge of wine! We hope you had a great time with a member you could easily get along with. ☺️ We were talking about Jay's birthday being April Fool's Day, and to our surprise, Snow Moon Flower Star was born on April 1 like Jay ‼️. What a coincidence 😳 Now we know he's a good guy 👍!

Tochigi Kenmin-kai 2024 Spring 2 Nobby, a spy of Sake-no-wa 🕵️, sniffed out that only Piro-san was drinking among the Tochigi Kenmin-kai members 😎 so he got it at Isetan Shinjuku and brought it here for everyone to drink 🤗. We were attracted by the word "limited edition" 😅I picked it up right away because it was the only one we could find 😊. As we were looking at the other sakes in front of the fridge while holding it, the clerk kindly put it in our shopping cart and said, "I'll bring it here for you." ☺️ is ⁉️ how they put it on the side 😳I can't imagine this happening in a liquor store 😰. I'm going to love this one! This one is a blend of "Arashibari" and "Yomei" parts...something we did the other day 🤔. The sweetness and flavor spread in your mouth, and then it quickly faded away 😊It was a delicious bottle that was easy to drink with a sharp taste. It was well received by everyone on the day and I was happy to be able to contribute to filling up the map 😊but I think I was the first to say "This is delicious! I think I might have said it the most😅. I have another bottle of Yamoru waiting in the fridge, so I'm looking forward to that one too 😚. More to come on the Kenmin-kai report 👋

It has a soft fruity aroma and is light and refreshing. The acidity makes it refreshing. The crisp aftertaste was a delicious way to reset the strong flavor of the mushroom and chicken hot pot 😋. It's been a while since I've seen all the Tochigi residents 🥹 And welcome to the new member, Snow Moon Flower Star, welcome to the Tochigi Prefectural Meeting! The second glass was Takizawa Tokusozu Shiboritate. It is soft to the taste and has a hint of sweetness, and the flavor that sinks in is so luxurious that it is hard to believe that it is a honjozo. First Tochigi Residents' Meeting of 2024: ‼️ First of all, we had a small gathering of 11 Tochigi Prefecture residents 🤗. YasuSake was not able to join us this time due to a flu infection right before the meeting 🥲, but Snow Moon and Flower Star joined us 😊Almost all the members living in Tochigi are here! The place was the usual sacred place Kurata-san ❗️, so we toasted with Tochigi sake from Chuai-san 🥳. Sharp, sweet and tasty, perfect for a toast 😋! And this toast! Actually, it was the last one for one of the participants 🤭We're waiting for you to come up 😁. The first Kenmin-kai in about 5 months was a non-stop talk & drink with a seat change in between 😆 Everyone had a smile on their face and it was a relief to be back. ☺️ There were several drinks brought in, special drinks from the restaurant, and even a surprise 😳... It was a fun time 😚 It lasted about 4 hours. We had a great time 😚 We stayed for about 4 hours and the price was a stable 5,000 yen! And then to the second party 🥳! Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya City have been featured on TV a lot lately! We hope to make it more exciting at the Kenmin Kai👍. And to those of you who were not able to join us this time 👋 we hope to expand the area for the next event in the summer 👍. Love of loyalty is love of Tochigi 🥰. by Nemuchi 😆.
