tomoさんYour first drink
I was looking for a sake to buy at IMADEYA when I saw MAJ's review of this sake and it looked delicious, so I bought it 😁.
Rigel also recommended it, so I opened the bottle with high expectations.
I see, the sweetness and sourness are good 🥰.
I thought the sourness was similar to that of Senkou, but the raw yeast yeast in the second half is very Shinmasa-like 😁.
But it has a more robust flavor than the Shinmasa, with a robust bitterness at the end... this is a good sake 😍.
You might think I'm a pervert when I say good sake, but this is legit modern sake 😁. MAJGood evening, TOMO! I'm so happy to see you here 😄!
I hope there will be a special distributor in Kyushu! I was thrilled to find a brand I've been wanting to pursue for a long time 😆👍I hope there will be a special distributor in Kyushu too 😋😋. tomoさんGood evening, MAJ!
MAJ-san, the Okuroku that you raved about was so delicious 🥰It was modern, but had a solid flavor profile and I didn't feel like I was missing anything 😍I really wish there was a special distributor near me 🙏. ジェイ&ノビィHello TOMO 😃
I've been told that Okuroku is delicious! I'll have to take note of this 📝Senkou-style acidity with a Shinsei-chic flavor and a strong bitterness 😍I'll look for a distributor 🤗. tomoさんGood evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃
You must try Okuroku 😊I think this is a winner 😋The brewery's website didn't come to Kyushu 😭. RigelOkuroku, which I bought for some reason.
The aroma is navel-like sweet and sour.
It is a modern sake with a slightly effervescent mouthfeel, with a dark sweetness like grapes, good acidity, and a good nose with no cloying taste on the finish.
The taste is modern sweet and sour, but not too light, and has a strong core derived from the sake brewing process.
What is interesting is that it has such a gorgeous taste, but it also goes well with heated sake.
Although it is a new brand, it has a very high level of perfection, and I recommend trying it if you see it👍. マナチーI'm on the waiting list for Okuroku too🙌It's pretty well received 😆 I'm looking forward to ❗️! RigelIt was easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content 👌
Please try the heated sake as well: ‼️ よしぼうMostly taken with the description of in-prefecture consumption.
It's so good!
It's like they want more of it to be available.
Sweet, tart, and delicious! キラタソTonight, here 💁 which is becoming more and more popular these days.
Okuroku Junmai Ginjoshu Namaho "Unite" 2023BY✨.
But I am intrigued just by the keywords "Yui no Kou", "No.6 yeast", and "Namo yeast".
It has a more gorgeous ginjo aroma than usual No. 6, and a sweet aroma like honey or pudding caramel. The attack is also delicious with beautiful acidity and a full sweet flavor 😋😋😋😋, but the finish is crisp and dry, a bottle that I am very satisfied with 😊.

MAJRecommended #2 by Imadeya♪
Okuroku?"
I'm sorry. I didn't know it at all. 😅
But I bought it because Imadeya recommended it.
And I immediately opened the bottle.
Oh, it's so good!
It's so delicious!
It has a good balance of sweet and sour, with a nice bitterness at the end 😋😋.
It tastes somewhat like Shinsei 😆👍
This is one I will get if I see it again 🤩🤩. まっつHi MAJ. I drank another kind of Okuroku the other day, and I felt the same Shinsei-chic flavor as you did😅. つぶちゃんGood evening, MAJ!
Okuroku! It's delicious, isn't it? ❣️ The Okuroku I drank was also amazing😍It was made with No.6 yeast, so it had a Shinsei feel to it 😊♪
Dora-chan has been buying Iwate Meisho sake lately... 部下🐤Hi MAJ, I'm sorry to hear about this! Hi MAJ!
I've never seen or heard of Okuroku, but it looks so delicious ✨I'd love to try some of the new Masami! I wonder if they have it in Fukuoka 🥹. MAJHi, Mattu-san! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
I knew it has a Shinsei chic flavor! I wanted to chase it down and I wouldn't hesitate to get it too if I had a different Okuroku 😆👍. MAJHi, Tsubu! I'm so glad you're here 😄
Dora is the quintessential Dora! You are very sensitive to good brands 😆👍I'm also interested in other brands of Iwate Meisho! MAJHello, my subordinate 🐤! 😄
I've never seen it in a liquor store in Fukuoka. I don't know the brand, so I might have gone through it even if it was there. 😅Maybe I can ask the master there to stock it for me 😆👍. みやぎぼうずIwate Meikozo Okuroku Classical
I was drinking it with my father-in-law, and we opened this one because he said the rice wine was too sweet.
This one is also delicious! It tastes similar to Kaze no Mori Alpha 5.
It is a kijoshu, but I felt the acidity and amino acidity were very close.
The taste is complex and deep, but it has a nice sharpness, so I ended up drinking most of it cold.
This is a bottle that can be enjoyed by those who like classical sake! Recommended! まっつI saw this sake for the first time at my favorite liquor store. There were three kinds of sake, including a sake made from the oldest sake yeast, and I was attracted by the POP of ‼️ and took home the remaining one.
It was a sweet and sour sake that I didn't get tired of drinking. If you like Niimasa, you may like this taste. ☺️ Next, I would like to try a sake with a rice polishing ratio of 80% or 90%. I'd like to try the sake made with the same rice milling ratio of 80% or 90% next time 😊.
Rice: Kame-no-o
Polishing ratio: 60% Sake degree: - Acidity: - Amino acidity: - Alcohol level: 12 こうたろうOkuroku Junmai Ginjo-shu Namahoshi Unite
Unite was recommended by Mr. Kumagai at Lajomon.
Yui no Kou x Yeast No. 6 is like the culmination of all the Okuroku we've had so far: delicious rice flavor, nose-pleasing aroma, gentle sweetness, moderate acidity, and bitterness at the end.
Oh my god, it's so good.
I like it. テキーラA label that I've been seeing lately.
I typed in "sakewa" but it didn't come up.
The label seems to be an award-winning wine.
However, I take it in my usual glass, not a wine glass.
Pouring it in, I check the aroma and find it to be refreshing.
Too zesty.
The sweetness is first felt in the mouth, and just before pouring it down the throat, a tanginess is felt as it drips down the throat from both sides of the tongue. The sharpness you feel? you feel it.
It's dry when it goes down your throat,
You need to drink wine to feel the difference between it and wine.

ワカ太Namba Takashimaya, Sake Festival
Pairing with Japanese sweets, the last sake I ordered was Unite by Okuroku.
It's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewer's yeast yeast. Okuroku is a new series of sake with the theme of the origin of sake brewing, such as Namahashi and Yamahai.
It has a strong punch of bitterness.
At the beginning, there is a light acidity and a fluffy sweetness, but the bitterness finishes with a punch. It is a delicious, robust brew.
The Japanese sweets with lemon peel agar on top of the yokan goes perfectly with it.
The manager of this wagashi shop from Yamagata, Mr. Sato, was a high school classmate of my friend from Yamagata 💦 I was surprised at how small the world is 😳I even called my friend in a hurry to confirm 💦.
While I was chatting with the manager, his friend from college was standing right next to me. We talked and it turned out that they were from the same industry in the next city. Small world 👀❗️ and surprised again 💦.
If you are ever in front of Yamagata Station, you should stop by this wagashi shop 💕.
Sake festival, good drinking and good chatting, I'm already very satisfied with this 😆❤️ ポンちゃんHi Waka 🐦!
Sounds like a fun pairing with Japanese sweets😆Yokan is good...and with the acidity and bitterness of 🍋! It must be delicious😻
It's already hard to be too happy when you like something and you're from the same town 🤣👍. つぶちゃんThank you very much, Wakata 😄♪
It's a small world 😆👍I'd love to stop by when I'm in Yamagata 😊.
Dora often buys sake from Iwate Meizo, rather than Okuroku 👍. ワカ太Good evening, Pon-chan 😃I got interested in pairing with Japanese sweets because I saw your post 😁❤️I've been actively promoting it independently since then👍This lemon peel yokan was so good that I hope you'll try it ❣️ ワカ太Good evening, Tsubu-chan 😃Please visit ❣️, it's a store called Shi-ume Honpo Sato Ya. It's right in front of Yamagata station so you can easily find it😊I envy you that you have access to Okuroku ❣️ and Dora-chan's purchasing sense shines through ✨. TaroEasy to drink sweet (tasted like pears)

I went to Tokyo while drinking 🍺 on the train with Nanoha-san. While eating kashnuts I bought in Vietnam 😋.
The first Okuroku I met, I liked it so much I bought it immediately. I'll drink it later. 青柳 大輔Mouthfeel: More sweet than sour
