ワカ太Following the recent trend of sakénawa (as far as I know, so it's a very narrow trend), I'd like to share Okuroku with you. We've been wanting to follow Okuroku ever since we had it with wagashi before, and happened to buy it at our beloved sake shop, Waya, when we went back to my parents' house for a bullet-toothed trip in March. Living here, I feel that the quickest way to get Tohoku sake is to buy it locally💦.
Anyway, I opened a full bottle of Okuroku Lotus🩷 along with some sashimi I cut myself, which is rare!

Sweet and sour, then deliciousness, and finally deliciousness spreads 😋 This is the best kind. I'm sure it's the best one 👍
The husband seems to be satisfied with it and we both finished it before we realized 😅
It goes well not only with sashimi, but also with pickled quail eggs, which are very popular in our house. It goes with everything: ❤️

I have been a fan since I saw the "Oni Kenbai" event at Maezawa SA.
The red color is really cool.
The aroma is a citrusy aroma that makes you want to drink it.
The mouthfeel is very modern, with a clear and tasty acidity when drunk chilled.
When heated as recommended on the back label, it has a moist sweet acidity that is quite good.
As a result, both are delicious.
Don't abuse the sake language, it's self-explanatory.
〜Traditional arts must be passed on locally or they will die out.

It goes well with both cheese and soba noodles.
Iwate is hot these days, especially in Shiwa Town.
I am confronted with a self-explanatory solution to the problem of sake made with yeast No. 6, which I have not been able to touch on much until now.

I'm sure you'll have a drink at Okuroku ♡! Koyama Shoten🚌 lol 叫ぶ蝶The sweetness is restrained, balanced by umami and acidity, with a touch of bitterness that gives it a citrus-like flavor. The sharpness is outstanding.
It is good cold and refreshing, but at around 18°C (64°F), it is softer on the palate, and the umami is more spread out, which I like. It is also good heated, and at around 25°C (45°C) with some cold sake added, it has an indescribable flavor.
I prefer to drink chilled sake in a wine glass or a flat sake cup with a slightly higher temperature range. ジェイ&ノビィHello, screaming butterflies 😃.

It has a calm aroma with hints of citrus and a pleasant feeling that is tightened by the acidity 😚😚.

Fresh taste, light bitterness and light.
It was elegant as it was made with No.6 yeast. Nanka YokaiThis is my second Okuroku since I drank UNITE from Okuroku before (I bought it during Mr. Otani's 40-40 and have fond memories of it). This time I bought CRESCENT.
It is moderately priced, but the taste is just as good as the price! The aroma is rich with rice aroma and the taste is not too sweet on the palate. The aroma is full of rice aroma, and the taste is not sweet on the palate.
It is as if a refined fireworks display is being set off in the mouth.
I was even more surprised that this was priced at 1,350 yen.
